MJ was patient, thoughtful, understanding and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond our expectations as he invested an enormous amount of time and effort to resolve our phone issues. Jake also contributed his professional expertise to our circumstance. Both gentlemen are a great asset to Verizon and its customers. They are the BEST.

MJ went above and beyond any expectations of service. The shop closed at 5 on a Sunday and he was still helping me with the data transfer from my phone and pairing a new Apple Watch at 6:50pm. Didn’t just sell but was as tech savvy as Apple Genius Bar and reviewed all my Verizon plans to be sure I was in the best one financially and meeting my needs. If I could give 7 stars I would. I also noticed Roger another rep give excellent service to a couple that came in at 5 when the store was closing and remained with them till 6! And Roger Was Great Aswell

I had purchased my iPhone SE from this store. The screen cover was cracked, so I decided to go back to the store to get it replaced. The sales manager, John, was very helpful and replaced my screen cover and did a thorough wiping of the phone to remove any residue before placing the new screen cover.
Glad I decided to go back to the same store.
January 23, 2024. I just went back to the store today to have my screen cover replaced again. Alex was very efficient and replaced my screen cover very quickly. Alex also didn't let another customer get ahead of me. I appreciate Alex doing so in a very polite and calm manner.

Verizon Pearl River is an absolutely wonderful location! We went to the store on recommendation from a family member based on their great experience with Johnnie.

Johnnie and the Verizon staff provided the gold standard of customer service. Johnnie took the time to sit down with us and treated us like an old friend. He is incredibly knowledgeable, detail oriented, personable and kind. Every customer in the store was being helped in a timely and efficient manner despite the busy foot traffic after Christmas. Verizon is very lucky to have Johnnie on their team, and we will certainly be back! Thank you!

I've never seen customers look so happy at any other stores! MJ and Jake were helping their customers with their kindness and skills. I was curious why their reviews are so good, but the truth is better than five stars!!! I can't thank you enough for everything MJ did for us. Thank you so much!!!

I had a great experience here today! Johnnie was incredibly helpful as I upgraded my phone and transferred info to a different account. Everything went very quickly, and Johnnie was happy to answer all of the questions that I had.

The sales representatives at the Verizon store in Pearl River were amazing, accommodating, and gave me all the help I needed to transfer from a Galaxy to an IPhone. They managed multiple customers with smiles and great work ethic. A 12/10 experience.

Adam and Johnnie were pleasant professional and very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful and didn’t mind staying after the store hours were closed to help us. We even were able to get our son a Christmas surprise while he was in the store. They were so nice and made sure to keep it a secret so he didn’t see what we were purchasing

Jake was quick to diagnose my screen that had cracked. Replaced screen protector quickly. He suggest a lens protector to save $400 lenses. About $20, got it.
