I like going here because they always have my favorite donut and on top of that it has ice cream too... so why wouldn't anyone not love this place!!!

Today was just my first time visiting this location. Staff was courteous. My order was very particular and they got it all right. Given that other reviews state this is a busier location, the place seemed well staffed ( I think something like 4-6 people) for Thursday morning/afternoon. Of if they are a little busier it makes sense that the food would be fresher but I just got coffee

One thing thats worth noticing, their medium iced coffee is the price usually charged for large everywhere else I've visited. But that was the only drawback I could think of ( my coffee came out 10 cents higher) which can add up over time.

I have gone to this Dunkin since I was extremely little, and the staff still remember me by name. They always make my orders with love and care. The staff that work here are incredibly kind and warm to all customers. On top of all this, they are extremely hardworking! Call me biased, but I've worked two barista jobs and it is extremely stressful and anxiety-inducing work. So, treat your baristas (especially ones as great as Park Ridge Dunkin's!) with patience and kindness! Much love to this Dunkin crew <3

Love the convenience and quality of the food. Having ice cream, ice cream cake, and doughnuts at your finger tips is a huge bonus. Only disappointment is the fact this location used to be 24 hours and now close at 10pm.

I'm here just about every day. Coffee is always fresh no matter the time of day. Typically I'm there between 9-11am but sometimes I'll swing through at night after 8pm. Every time the coffee is fresh and the service is quick and correct.

Go in so often that I don’t need to tell them my order anymore! Super friendly staff and are always glad to fill my reusable bottle with whatever I order. Also LOVE that they don’t charge for non dairy milk.

Always good. Very friendly staff. Everything is always fresh, I take a 20 minute drive just to come here when I have a Dunkin 5 min from my house. Best in the area!

This is the best Dunkin’ I have been too no complaints at all this is the second time I go and they get my coffee right I always go to so many Dunkin’s and they either make it too sweet or the coffee isn’t fresh but this one really makes it just right.

Just a great place to go for a cup of coffee and a lite snack. The staff is always very friendly and courteous.
