Mavis Discount Tire

Oh, our tire sensor told us that we had a tire getting low so we pulled into Mavis discount tire and they were awesome. They helped us get our tire fixed and sent us back on the road in less than a half hour. I highly recommend Mavis tire if you need help or new tires.

I recently visited Mavis tires in spring valley, I had gotten a flat tire and was completely stuck, as I am clueless on how to change a tire. The nice gentleman at Mavis tire was so helpful and was able to get me in ASAP, not only did he give me a great price on a new tire he did not try and rip me off like most tire places do! He had me back on the road in 30 minute. I can't thank you enough Ken for going above and beyond. I will recommend you to all my friends.

Brought the car in for an emergency flat tire replacement after hitting an unavoidable pothole. Gino & the Mavis crew saved the day; helped find the right tire replacement option and fixed it faster than expected, on a Sunday!

10/10 Customer Service. Brought my car in on a Saturday, an hour before closing. I walked in to the main counter and was immediately greeted into an impeccably clean waiting area. My vehicle was quickly attended to. Alexes, explained my diagnosis and solutions in a calm and easy to understand matter. I was treated with kindness, empathy, and respect. My vehicle was attended to by employees who demonstrated genuine interest in not simply repairing vehicles but making the experience a memorable one. I cannot recommend this location enough. I have never visited a mechanic where every customer (during my time there) would walk out with a smile. Thank you to the Spring Valley Mavis Team for a lovely experience!!

This place has come a long way. Only once some guy put my tire protection plan on another vehicle. But besides that, every other experience here has been great. Prices before were better but as we all know, cost of everything has skyrocketed. Customer service is always great. But make sure you ask for a discount Or coupon. It is best to come when they first open because this place is first come, first serve. No appointments necessary. They even swap winter and summer tires for a fee. Not bad. I haven’t been to the other locations near by but I definitely recommend this place for everyone. The place is clean, “picture posted”. They have cold water in the waiting area. The bathroom is also super clean with fresh toilet paper. Overall if you need to change your tires or need something minor replaced, come to this location. They also answer your phone calls and answer all your questions. They give you price quotes right over the phone instead of the basic answer, “oh you would have to come in so we could check out the job ourselves”. Very honest and professional people. Telling you, give this place a try. You won’t regret it.

Amazing customer service! I came in today for an oil change and was on a time crunch. Not only did Alexis and his team get the job done quickly, but they were extremely professional; informed me of other issues going on with my vehicle; and gave me pricing options for the fix. Alexis and his team were polite, friendly and all around a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Got my car in quick on a Saturday for a tire rotation. Anthony working in the bay was honest with me and advised that because my wheels are staggered, a rotation was not needed. Appreciate the honesty and will be back when I need something. Most places try and sell u things u don’t need, this experience was the complete opposite

Great customer service. Brought my daughter's car to get her tire replaced. The car was towed in. Alexes followed up to let me know the car arrived but also continued to follow up when my car was ready to be serviced. This allowed me to manage my time on Saturday. The overall experience here is wonderful. Considering the economic strain on the Country the prices are reasonable and they work with you. Alexes is a great negotiator and very honest about work needed. Extremely professional team.

Got a great deal on tires and an alignment for my Prius. Anthony and Ginno were helpful and friendly and funny! After dropping my car off, the shop made sure I got a ride to my job nearby. Great store and great service! They make Mavis look GOOD!
