Kassandra is amazing! Her customer service is everything. She def knows how to make you feel welcomed & is very professional in answering questions & recommending personalized solutions. Don’t hesitate to come to this store you won’t regret it. It is always well maintained & clean too!

This is by far the best Cricket store I have been to. Chris, Jordan and Cassandra make it so much fun to buy from they are all very knowledgeable about their products, they don't high pressure sale you on something you don't need they ask questions about what you're wanting and needing your phone to do, then they make suggestions on different phone's. I had so much fun I honestly didn't want to leave. All three are very good at making you feel relaxed and laughing in no time. They make everyone feel like a friend by the time you leave. Jordan even said he doesn't call people customers he calls them guests. If you are looking for a new phone I can highly recommend going to see them. You won't be disappointed.

Very good staff here! I would recommend this store over all other cricket stores in the area. Chris sold me a phone with a new plan and got me the best deal for my money. His customer service skills are outstanding. Most definitely has to be partly cuz of the manager Jordan. They make you feel at home and comfortable in the store. Thanks guys see u when it's time to pay my bill.

My experience was wonderful, Kassandra was extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly. She also helped me backed up all my info from my other device, and help me set new device as well. She was really nice, and patient and guided me thru the navigation of my new phone.

I came in to get service today and I must say that Scott is the best you must keep him at that location he is by far the best service attendant I have ever encountered!!. He is so helpful and patient. I will not go to any other location. Scott has a gift and his gift that he has is being so helpful, and a passion to help others get what they need. Scott is awesome

I was having a issue with my phone. The lady who was working Monday morning was very helpful, friendly and helpful she got the issue resolved in no time. I was so happy she took the time to not only fix my phone but, also went over what the problem was and what was causing the issue when I am ready to upgrade I will definitely be returning to this store and I will also be telling everyone looking for a new phone to check out this location

Came in yesterday with my girlfriend to set up service with Cricket, and I have to say Scott was extremely helpful and made the process extremely simple and easy, he provided the best customer service I have ever received with anyone else by far!

Scott and Maritza made me want to stay with Cricket I was about to leave to another service provider because their head shop Southern and Country Club does not know what they're doing but the shop on Main and Alma School goes above and beyond when it comes to service and professionalism
