Fry's

This place is big!! Very clean and organized, I need it to fill up a prescription, and the people at the pharmacy were very nice! Greeted me right away (something that they never do at the other store I got to). Overall, it was a really good experience. The area is a little rough, so you will see some crazies you can't escape sometimes, lol

They could do with more physical cashiers on busy days, the self check gets a little overwhelmed and sometimes the staffer there can easily overlook folks in need of help. But overall the store is clean staff is friendly what I need is usually in stock and while food prices may be skyrocketing everywhere, there are still some great deals here.

I highly am thankful for this Fry's. I had lost the key to my bicycle and lost my cool and started yelling at customers which I'm not proud of. The woman manager came out and gave me one more chance to collect myself and agreed to allow me to go back into the store to look for my key which I found it by self check out. That was about 5 years ago and I've been a regular since then, of course I calmed down. They are like family to me now. Thank you Frys for accepting me for who I am. I have learned a lot form your employees and security.

Awesome place to shop, has all my favorite products minus golden grams cereal. If your coming in hot to use the restroom. They have one, but it requires a code. I hate that. Trying to say to all the homeless people out there no smoking drugs or showering in the restroom. Wrong you just told them to ask for the door to be opened before showering and smoking drugs in there. Does not make sense unless you like watching grown people do the pee dance while asking to get in. So close to perfect but not quite. It's ok you still get five stars.

I need to brag about the cake decorater. I went in completely frazzled needing a last minute wedding cake, not really knowing what I wanted. I walked into my wedding dinner to absolutely beautiful cake. Thank you so much. I wish I knew her name.

Manager kept her cool when I acted like a buffoon in line because of a technical problem that caused the register to be shut down with all my items on the belt next in line. I came back to apologize in person, but wanted to leave kudos and more apologies to the female manager with glasses and shorter hair working around noon on 10/8/23. She even figured out the original problem and I failed to acknowledge that as well.

The storefront makes this location look very small, but looks are deceiving. The location is very long once you get inside and each section of the store has a bunch to offer. The security guards at the entrances are a little off putting, and the parking lot is large but gets a little testy as the day gets later. Also, expect to wait in a line as this location seems to be pretty popular.

I’m giving my five stars to Jasmin that was working the self checkout today 9/20/2023. She took her time to help me this morning and was very nice and professional. Thank you, Jasmin.

This Frys is great they have cashiers I didn't have to use self checkout and I didn't have to wait. There were more than 3 cashiers

I have been shopping here for 32 years and I've never had one bad experience, thank you so much!!! ❤

Frys is always a good choice, they have more options and better meat and produce than competitors

Just a normal Fry's folks. Would've given them 4 ⭐'s but my cashier Cody was friendly, informative, personable, and seemed genuinely happy to help. I visited on 9.24.2021 @ 8:30pm. Cody deserves positive recognition.

Fry's is a grocery. Some are market stores that sell other goods like barbecue grills and clothing. I was just there to pick up my prescription.

I don't know what we are reviewing these days, there is no customer service as you check yourself out and bag your own groceries. If you can't find somethjng, we'll you look harder or on your phone app and it will tell you. There are no more people on the floor to ask. If you check yourself out correctly you don't even talk to anyone. No one says hello, no one says goodbye. And the lady that speaks on the self checkout, we'll I find her voice to be snotty and demanding. Was the store clean? Yes. Did I find everything I needed? Yes. We're the employees helpful? I don't know. Any complaints? No I treated myself with respect while I shopped and then again when I checked out and bagged my groceries. I told myself to have a good night.. So for me it's 5 stars, but how do I give stars here? What am I reviewing? Your store is very nice and bright and clean. It is always stocked with what I want.. Other than that I don't know..

So I was just buying some groceries and went thru the self checkout. I had a issue with my debit card so I needed to remove some items. The amazing Customer service Rep Vanessa was so nice and friendly to me and assisted me with removing item after item. She was great and these days I find it rare to see people so nice and helpful. If I was in management at this frys I would give her a promotion!
