AT&T Store

Had a great experience with Mike on the phone. He had pointed me in the right direction when I forgot the password to my phone and needed it to be factory reset. Unlike the other ATT location he recommended me to best buy to try and help with my issues and they did. Give him a raise he is great! Would definitely go to this location because of him!

Transaction was fast, no hassle. Excellent customer service.

Markus and Alonso were outstanding. They would not let me leave the store until I was 110% satisfied. I was tired of trying to get issues fixed over the phone so I stopped in the store . The two of them worked together in order to make sure I was satisfied. They were extremely patience dealing with my electronic/tech inadequacies. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You have a great team at that store lead by two great leaders!

Dakota helped me wipe my old phone that I was trading in and got it all processed for me very quickly. He did a great job answering my questions and was very customer friendly. Definitely a good experience at this location.

Monique was very helpful. As were the rest of the employees at this location!! My husband and I were very pleased and loved the staff. Monique being new did very well. If your looking for great personal experience this is were you should go.

Store representative Jessica was AWESOME! Extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable! The store was clean and inviting. All social distancing rules were followed and masks were worn by all employees and customers. Highly recommend this store!

Went to this store to switch from Verizon to Att. Had a wonderful experience. Chuck was a delight to work with, and made the entire process very simple. He even took the time to tell me about a few deals they had going on! I ended up with a new phone, unlimited data, and a watch, all for less a month than I thought just my phone bill would be!

This is the only ATT store ill be going to from now on.

Employees were friendly right from the start. They helped with picking out a new phone. And even attempted to get my old one to work. Got me all set up with a new phone and was very knowledgeable about tech, and offered advice for future use. Way better than the store in Mooresville. 5 stars! Thanks again.

I have been dealing with this store for over a year now and they're excellent! I can always count on them being knowledgeable and taking their time with me. I never have to wait and they make it a point to make sure I am completely satisfied and comfortable being I leave the store. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
