The store manager was delightful. He was funny, sweet and SO good at folding shirts, hehe Made my entire experience so very swell. He let me know I had a coupon on my profile that I wasn't even aware of. Great selection of goodies throughout the store, too! Found more than I needed 😋

This is one of my favorite stores I stay shopping up in there and the employees are helpful there too

I was in desperate need of work pants when I came into the store today. The sales associate was very kind and helpful in finding a pair of appropriate pants for the office. Sadly, I didn’t get to catch her name but she had wonderful customer service, skills and knowledge of inventory. And every time I come to this location the manager and his employees always treat me well.10/10

I went in there looking for a cool shirt, came back with two and a belt. Maybe next time socks and rings or buttons. So much sweet stuff! If there was a Newberry comics in this mall I'd see no reason to leave!

I absolutely love this hot topic I've bought so much stuff from there I'm pretty sure I've paid their rent lol. The staff is amazing and I'm actually upset that one of them are leaving to a different store. Lol selfish yes but everyone there knows me and makes me feel like family i would be crushed if this hot topic were to close.

Honestly a great place. This really is the only place in the mall i go. Its known as the shop for emo people but honestly it has something for everyone. Fron Riverdale to harry potter to freddy and jason. Theres clothes sliver ware acessories and so much more. And in every hot topic ive gone to theres a big bin if pins with all sorts on things on them. And when in the store they have reallt great music. Its really just awsome.

Staff is always so nice and helpful. The vibe of the store is also great. One of my favorite places in the mall.

This store is fun and alive when you walk through the door. It's quite small and a little crowded but I can always find somrthing unique and memorable.

This store is very nice. There is not much room to move around, but they have a wonderful selection and friendly helpful staff!
