Absolutely amazing customer service! Very friendly. Solved a prior issue with a different Cirilla's. Even though this one is farther away this will be my store from now on. Kayla, the manager, was amazing, very helpful, gave suggestions when asked her opinion, very friendly. Her supervisor, Lisa, was very apologetic for our issue at a different location, she even gave a discount on the items we purchased here as an apology from Cirilla's as a whole. Jay was very apologetic as well. Overall amazing experience at this location!

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. I love going in while Kayla or Jay is working. They are knowledgeable and don’t make me feel uncomfortable.

Went there today to get something for my wife and felt very awkward until I was made comfortable by the person working.Said (didn’t get name)that she was new, she made a phone call to answer a question I had, was very helpful and again made me feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience. Was greeted and helped by an employee by the name of Kayla. She was knowledgeable and non judgemental. Excellent staff.

Super friendly staff who know exactly where everything is and also knows what works best with what products.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful! We come to this particular location the most. It's smaller than some of the others but the staff makes up for that.

Human naughty!!!

Generally we have good experiences here. Not as much of a selection as I would like, but being a plus size (or "queen size" as the packaging here calls it) I'm used to that. The staff is always friendly and willing to offer help. The store is clean and well lit. The quality on most products has been up to par with other places, with the exception of a whip we purchased that separated after just a couple of uses.

Let me give the bad then the good. Well first I was bitten by a flea. I felt a sting looked at my foot and try to smack it and it hoped off. Second I was trying on lingerie in the changing room looked up part of the ceiling tile missing. All I could think of is that I'm being recorded. And that's all they have a good variety of S,M,L XL and even 2XL.The store was clean and the cashier was nice.
