The UPS Store

Without any question, the staff was very willing to help my paperwork on stationary. That was difficult to use Corey. Did an outstanding job and the other staff Was very caring, great team work.

The line was long but Stacey handled everyone like a pro! Pleasant, helpful, calm, and respectful. I goofed on an Amazon return and she was so patient with me. There are others who work here that are as great too. This store has a wonderful team. This UPS store could be a model for others. 1 million thanks!

Anytime I go to a UPS store. They are always quick and friendly. They have the best customer service!

Went into this store yesterday to send a package to a client. Was advised that the package would be at the client's doorstep by 3:30pm on a specific day. When I checked with UPS tracking, UPS tracking stated package would be there by 9PM. As the location was a business, it was necessary that the package be delivered before close of business. Call UPS customer service no help to be had there. Called the Franklin store, April, the store manager, made the necessary arrangements to be sure that the package would be at the customer before close of business. Thanks to April for fixing a problem.

The manager was very helpful to my sister who is not tech savvy! I was busy the night before preparing food and ran out of ink, running close to time for a funeral she ran over to print out a poem for a frame. This poem was from my phone and was not completely compatible but assured me he would do his best. The manager did a wonderful job and it looked amazing! Thank you for being my life saver and going above and beyond your call of duty!
