Really delicious food. My mcchicken was it 10 out of 10. It was Krispy and the bun was good.

We went through the drive thru, which was busy. The employees got the two lines through quick. The employees at both windows were quick and friendly.

Well, how difficult was that? I went from one McDonald’s to the other (Edinburgh to Franklin) and I was able to get my big breakfast expeditiously, hot, fresh, clean store, polite people from front to back.

Well done to this crew. Perhaps they should send this store manager down to Edinburgh and have them clean things up.

Manager runs a good shift. Polite employee at front counter. Hot fresh beef patties! I'm a Carnivore.

During the Christmas week, I had stopped in for breakfast and it was nice hearing one of the workers singing along with the Christmas songs playing through the speakers. She was wiping down tables and the pop station while singing. That made my day.

Stop here to have breakfast on the way to a antique Fair breakfast was really good and fast

They were SUPER busy, line was long so we went inside. Knew I couldn't pay cash, but those kids were busy. They were working as fast as they could.

Went to McDonald’s this morning and come to find out there steak egg and cheese bagel, was with no onion and we’ll I called back and talked with Shelby and was told to come back and they made my order right with no complaints, I definitely will be coming back to this location… thanks Shelby and Merry Christmas🎁🎁🎉🎊 and a Happy New Year!!!🥳🥳🥳🥳

The young man taking the order was very patient and helpful. Our order was correct and the food was properly prepared. When we asked for refills on unsweetened ice tea we received them in a timely matter.

They must have a new crew,because everything was great...start to finish.

Got free food. It was due to a transaction error involving the guy in front of me, obviously not an all-the-time occurrence, but needless to say I'm satisfied. Good food, tastes like it was made fresh. So this score is purely from luck and a good experience. But McDonald's generally does pretty good for me whenever I eat there so I'd say it's fair.

Very clean Restaurant. Food was made fresh and efficient. Friendly service as they ask if you need more coffee. Or just how are you doing today. Wish more restaurants would take these manners on. Mary offered to get my ketchup. This was helpful as I was filling my drink cup. Would recommend this restaurant for a quick stop.

Food order was incorrect. How can you order a fish sandwich with tartar sauce only and end up with a cold fish sandwich that the fish was probably a third as big as the roll they put it on and NO TARTAR SAUCE!

The County Line Road and Madison Avenue McDonald's is quite possible the best I have ever been to. It is clean beyond any other restaurant. The food is fast and always hot. It is just fast food. But the employees and management seem to take an unusual level of pride and dedication with this McDonald's. Visit for yourself and see the difference.

I just wanted let you all know I just had the best food from here. I got a #2. Both the sandwich and fries were hot, fresh, and the fries crisp. It was delicious with good service. It was also 11:30 pm. Good job crew!

No Grimmace Shakes to fuel my addiction, other than that everything was great.
