I had the greatest experience in a long time. We actually had a lot of stuff in the cart. So we thought let’s have an actual cashier check us out. Well, Matt, on Checkout #1, in Franklin, on 01/20/24 at about 1030 in the afternoon You Crushed it. His friendly demeanor, casual conversation, attentiveness and just charming personality renewed my faith in humanity. Well Done Sir.

Franklin, Walmart is clean, well organized, well stocked. Employees are friendly helpful and kind as well as being good at their job.

I have to give a shout out to a young man named Evan. Great cashier. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you.

Probably one of the cleanest, most stocked Walmarts we've ever been to! It's a little dated, but I'll take that over pallets in the isles, shelves not stocked anytime! Great job Franklin Walmart!

Walmart has what I need plus items that I can't find anywhere else.

Friendly employees always address me by my first name. They always address any issues If ever I have any.

Shout out to Olivia who made my sons 11th birthday cake. She was amazing. Made me feel welcomed like a friend, answered all of my annoying questions without making me feel like a burden or that I was bothering her which is a completely different type of experience from a Walmart I’ve ever had. Ya’ll are lucky to have an employee like her, will definitely be back to say hey!

Found what I wanted, prices good and used an "in person" check out

I was there for tire replacement and olu change. The lady at the counter was professional and helped with my car needs. I will recommend and will be there for oil change going forward

No indoor dining due to the virus but it was very nice on the outside.

Go early easy in easy out. 7:00am. Very clean friendly atmosphere.

Went here to pay a bill and do some shopping. We picked out what we wanted, and went to the checkout. An item we selected rang at an incorrect price according to the sign. The associate got a supervisor, we went to look at the sign and they matched the price with no question. They didn't have to do this.

I found everything I needed and the employees were all kind!

Ran in for groceries and a phone card....it was around 4/430 while we were there and the lines weren't bad and we got everything we needed plus!

Price are getting really high price I can go to Ross depart6 store right down the road from them and get a nice pair brand names jeans a for $15 when walmart sales theirs for $29.99 their a better brand name,
