Justin took the time to carefully set up our new phones and transferred data from our old phones successfully. He was patient and thorough. Greatly appreciated all of his hard work!

We had great service! We changed our billing in an advantageous way, got a new phone at a bargain price, and I am grateful to the young man who helped us find the best deals and explained technical details of the billing! Great place if you need help with AT&T!

AT&T the gays in the store was very polite and helpful , very good customer service and offer me all the promotions and discounts that me and my family qualified for . I came in to switch phone carriers today and faced a bunch of issues. Manager Brandon was stumped as this was a rare issue and isn’t normally encountered but he did everything in his power to get me taken care of. Stayed til well past closing time to get me set up despite the issues we ran into. He is amazing and will do whatever he needs to do to make you satisfied with this company. Only place you should buy a phone.

I got outstanding service from my visit, I had never been to an AT&T storefront before. I was in a pinch, so when I was in the area during my trip, it was just easiest to stop here. Ren must be a truly spectacular representative of the company. She answered questions I didn't even know I had, very informative and kind spirited, patient. I rarely leave reviews, but this had to be spoken for cause my last Verizon visit was 🗑. Will consider swapping carriers here once my contract ends.

Had the absolute best and easiest experience at this store! Ren was amazing and ended up saving us a couple hundred bucks making sure our phone could be switched over w/o us asking. I'll be sure to come back for anything else I will need with my wireless service.

Erika is a fantastic sales rep! She is very energetic and knew exactly what i wanted. She gave out all the information and details on promos, pricings, plans and even got me a better deal! First time at this store and definitely will be returning. Possibly the best tech service we have ever had with any of our phone carriers. Michaela was very nice, quick at her job all while finding all the deals we could get on our phone plan. She answered all our questions without rushing and very friendly!

Came in 30 minutes before close. I hate doing that. Nonetheless, Court provided me excellent service to what ended up being a minor technical problem. I was actually considering switching to Verizon. But the customer service at this store will keep me with AT&T.

Finally! An At&t office that cares about their customers. The two young guy working today went above and beyond trying to help us get our business phone and internet going. And while we are still having issues it isn't because of a lack of trying. They were polite, friendly, and helpful, which is far more than I can say about the Columbus IN Office.

Zachary B and his coworker were more than helpful! Lots of help. They deserve a raise. Not only did they deal with our very complicated situation perfectly but they even stayed after hrs as this bad storm was setting in just to finish our set up. 10 stars! Thank you. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Michaela at the Franklin store was the best , I have never been anywhere and had customer service that was so awesome. She spent quite a bit of time with us, because the system was down for a while. We were upgrading 2 phones and adding 2 more to the plan. She did everything possible to make our visit there very nice. She is AWESOME.

I went in to upgrade my phone yesterday, and Bri was the best! Knowledgeable, friendly, and has the best can do attitude! I absolutely recommend that this be your go to store! Another employee went above and beyond for my sister the other day. He helped them with curbside in the pouring rain! Now that is dedication to customer service!!!

Contract expiring soon, did some price checking at my local AT&T store, was greeted with an amazing smile from the 2 staff members on hand. The Associated that helped me was A man I believe named Joe. He had a great attitude, & was extremely helpful with all my questions and needs. I did not make any purchases, but I know where i will be going for my next wireless plan.
