Excellent store! Very clean, neat and orderly. Need a larger check out area, though. Customers wouldn't move out of area, to pass by with your cart. Terrific sale prices! Super clean restrooms!

Lady in the furniture department went above and beyond while helping me look at some furniture.

We had a bunch of stuff and our cashier was quick and calm during the process! He got us out of there in a timely manner, and we appreciated how polite and friendly he was! In a crazy world we need more like him! Dont remember his name but he needs a raise!

The Franklin, Indiana Big Lots is clean, stocked and well organized. I can never go wrong, when I have an idea in mind, for a project. I always find exactly what I need and pay far less than other stores.

Love Big Lots! I always look for my socks that I love and they are hard to find! Sometimes I just pop into several different Big Lots just to check and see while I am out and about 😊. They have just about everything you need and usually at really good prices! Like every other store you should check out bargains, but I usually get good ones here!

Came in for a Bluetooth speaker. Found an incredible Polaroid that sells for 10.00 dollars. Went to the register and it was 50% off!!!! Totally AWESOME!!!! Thanks Big Lots!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!!!

My mom lost the receipt from a couch we purchased back in September. The couch ended up needing to be returned for manufacturing defects. Not having the receipt was going to be a problem, but the management worked with us until we figured out our problem. Not only did we get the couch exchanged, but we had money left over to purchase matching pillows, curtains and curtain rod. The employees of the store were very friendly and helpful!

Helpful, dropped a jelly jar, they cleaned it up, loaded my cart , and foundnd my calendar I left behind. You g man at register was extremely nice...said it would get better. Today I needed that!!!

I found just what I needed to recover my table, plus the contract paper was inexpensive and has a cute design too.
I looked at Wal-Mart and Lowes and neither one had what I was looking for. What they did have.was way over priced.

I love big lots they always have what I need and want ,when I go there I'm usually just looking for one or two items and I wind up buying so much more
