The Done Dept. - Print and Design Shop

We used The Done Dept. to print a bunch of stuff for our wedding (posters for the massive frames outside our venue, welcome sign, seating chart, place cards, table numbers, and all our other little signage pieces). They did an AMAZING job! I worked with Dave, and his attention to detail really made everything go smoothly - he helped pick the best materials for our needs and even caught an error in our place cards before printing. They also mounted our welcome sign and seating chart to foam boards, which made set up really easy. I thought the price was very reasonable for the quality of service. Highly recommend The Done Dept. for your printing needs - I know I'll definitely be using them again!

My friend and I worked with Cat and Delaney to print some custom items as a gift. They turned out better than we could have imagined! They helped fine tune our existing designs and offered advice on layout choices. The little touches they recommended made the gift extra special. We had our Wedding Suite printed here by the fabulous Delaney. The latter was an especially intricate design to print. She worked with us and communicated with us professionally every step of the way.

There are many print shops in the area. The Done Department is by far the best. Thank you to Delaney and everyone there for all your work.

The Done Depot saved my wedding! Long story short, I worked with another print shop for part of my wedding suite, and out of nowhere they informed me they would not be able to print on my deckle edge paper. I was left scrambling to find a print shop who could quickly print my wedding programs, signage, table numbers, etc. on the deckle edge paper I was determined to use, with enough time for me to wrap up the final details after the print job was completed. The Done Dept. STEPPED UP. They quickly got me a reasonable quote, helped me fine tune the .pdf files so that everything was as crisp as could be, and printed my complex order on a rush. Everything turned out beautifully and honestly I think those touches MADE the wedding decor. I am so, so grateful for The Done Dept.'s help executing my vision, especially under the circumstances. I will definitely use them again in the future!

She was super responsive and rolled with last minute edits and changes from us. Not to mention that I had a dream of printing our menus in an arch shape and their shop was the only business I could find that would cut in that shape. Highly recommend!

I have only GREAT things to say about the wonderful team at the Done Department. I had my wedding invitations letterpress printed here. I'm a graphic designer, so I was really looking forward to this part of wedding planning and Cat and the rest of the team made it an unforgettable experience. They took their time showing me paper options and ink swatches. When I asked if I could see a video clip of the invites being letterpressed, Cat put together a whole behind the scenes video with each step! The invites turned out gorgeous and as a cherry on top when I went to pick them up, Cat handed them to me personally and had even drawn a cute design with my and my fiance's name on the bag that held everything. I'm so impressed with their level of quality and personal attention to detail and can't wait to have more things to print so I can come back!

I cannot say enough nice things about The Done Dept. Not only are they friendly, responsive, and affordable they also go above and beyond. I recently had my wedding invites printed there and they noticed that the color of the ink looked more green than gold against the paper. So they printed off three different samples for me to look at to make sure I was 100% happy with the ink color. They then turned around the project within days of my final decision. I highly recommend them for all your printing needs, you will not be disappointed.

I will update with pictures once I receive the final product but I can tell you that from the beginning of the process this company has earned and deserves every star I can give them and more.

I worked directly with Greg Haupt and explained to him that I was making a special board game for my son. Greg then spent several days and dozens of emails worth of correspondences helping me get to where I need to be. He understood my budget and the need to balance everything. He put me as the customer, first, and I could tell he was genuinely excited to work on this project with me.

The price was exceptional and the product, from what I can see from pictures, is also fantastic.

EXCELLENT service each time I have used them for printing. They respond quickly, offer helpful feedback, are professional, and my items always get finished ASAP (even during a pandemic) and look beautiful. Extremely affordable and awesome staff. I really would not recommend anywhere else in the city for your printing needs. If you CAN use Done Dept., you should. I will keep coming back!
