Awesome service so friendly and helpful! Amazing chocolates of high quality and execution. Great Caramel apples, shakes, fudge. Lots of dinner places nearby and the Bison mural near Nawa. Super cool and we will be back! We recommend the peanut butter cup and buckeyes!

This was a bonus as it was located at the bottom area of the hotel we were staying in. We stopped by and it did not disappoint! The workers were super fun and cool. Good customer service and great hospitality. I ordered the cake batter and cappuccino chocolate chip in a cup. The others with me ordered the waffle cone and bowl. All of it was very good and the waffle cones were hot off the press! Plenty of sugar to look at in the shop. A lot of fun options to buy. Great job team!

Nice chocolate spot. I was hoping for a little bigger shopping area and display cases. A lot of pre-made pre-packaged items ready to go. I guess I just would like to see a little more in-house made items for the cost. They do have ice cream, but we did not try any.

Great service. Allowed us to sample what ice cream I wanted. The ice cream had always been great. They also have many other treats and goodies, chocolate, caramel corn, fudge, takeaway cakes and ice cream, etc. The nutcracker sweets are amazing! Cool area downtown by Columbia St. and Promenade Park. Recommended.

As someone who used to work at Debrand's this place is just as good if not better! Bigger selection of goodies and ice cream and priced just right! In the heart of downtown beautiful atmosphere and service with a smile! Check them out!!! Highly recommend!

The best part of my experience was helping to build this candy shoppe. The candy is almost all exclusively made in house and is outstanding. There's candy apples of such superior quality that it makes the ones at the supermarket look like a, "where's the beef" commercial in comparison.
You guys are killing it in a city with the right kind of people and support to keep you thriving. Congratulations on your success so far. Your chocolate is divine.

So impressed! Michael gave a fun and informative field trip for our little school group and the service was on point! Very clean store, delicious sweets, and they go above and beyond to please their customers. Glad to have this spot in Fort Wayne!

Really fun place to work! It's an enjoyable job because you get to make people happy by serving them delicious sweets, and the owners are good people who take care of their employees. Plus everything tastes and smells so good! Their sea salt caramels and peppermint truffles are some of my favorites.

The pictures of this place don't lie. The customer service is top notch, efficient, and super friendly. Great for a couple of pieces of chocolate to take home and delicious ice cream after lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Single scoop portions are generous!!!

I love this place (Better than Cold Stone) any day in my opinion! Sometimes they have chocolate strawberries and they out do Debrands in my opinion with their strawberries!! I also really like that they have other stuff besides ice cream like chocolate I highly reccommend the dark chocolate turtles, normal turtles and the truffles there also their Pecan Praline ice cream there is my absolute favorite & they're always so nice there!

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. This business is definitely a gem! I had the praline caramel ice cream in a waffle cone. I have never tasted ice cream so delicious and the waffle cone was fresh and delicious as well. When I first walked in, the presentation of sweets and goodies put me in awe. I felt like a 'kid in a candy store!' Caramel apples, caramel corn, ice cream, chocolates, fudge - so much to choose from with plenty of varieties of each product. I can't wait to go back to try the maple fudge and caramel corn. The caramel apples looked delicious too. When my family and I walked up to the store, as I looked in the window, I could see beautiful green apples waiting to be dipped in caramel. The employees we encountered were patient (took awhile for me and my kids to select what kind of ice cream we wanted), helpful, and super friendly. I never knew about this business but when my adult children invited me to have a nighttime ice cream snack, they made me one of the happiest people in Fort Wayne. The store looked impeccably clean and organized. My grandfather used to have a confectionary store in which he sold his homemade caramel, chocolates, and candies. So, when I see a store that has delicious products and takes great pride in their business, it takes me back. I give Kilwins a 5+ star rating! If I could give it 10 stars I would!!

The shop is very nice and clean. They display their chocolates and other items beautifully in this shop. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and helpful. The menu is typed out in small print on the countertop. I feel like there would be a better way to display it to make it easier to see. Maybe a menu to view while waiting in line, or a large menu behind the counter on the wall. Quite a few selections. I chose a turtle sundae, which was amazing! The weather was beautiful so I ate out on their front patio. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

You enter the store and are greeted by literally the most delicious smell you can imagine. The super helpful and friendly staff give free samples, wonderful recommendations, and go above and beyond for their customers. The ice cream is delicious and the fudge is devine! (I ended up getting the chocolate salted carmel fudge mmm and boy was it gooood!) Plus there are so many other candies to choose from, certainly you will find something for everyone's tastes. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning.

Very very very good! Don’t let the long line run you off, it moves pretty fast! Lots to look at while in line! Staff is friendly. Had to leave some Texas love for them!! 🤘🏽

What a fantastic place. As soon as we opened the door, the most wonderful chocolate smell hit us. I knew we were in for a pleasant time. They had a great selection. The Owners (I believe they were the owners) clearly took pride in their business. They were an absolute joy to speak with and answered all of our questions. I wish I could have got better pictures, but I was unfortunately a bit tunnel visioned by all the amazing treats. I would absolutely recommend a visit.
