Giant Food

Thanks to Giant catering services my small B-day celebration was a blast. I ordered the shrimp platter, fruit and cheese platters, and custom cake. Each department involved with my order did a great job. However, the Bakery department really had my birthday spirits high.
- They squeezed me in their schedule so I could get my cake the next day.
- They provided me with a cake design process that was creative and fun.
- The cake was exactly what I wanted visually, and it tasted amazing.

This Giant's bakery department is the BOMB.

Not too much I need to say but I appreciate the store and General Manager and he knows why he was super kind that day and help me out with a situation.

Friendly staff and community support make the somewhat higher prices more palatable. Good produce section. Nice seafood counter. Beef selection can be iffy.

We always have a great experience when we use the online pick up service. Very efficient and convenient. Thank you Lindsay, Roberto, Anthony and Pat for always helping us with our groceries and being so kind!

I love this Giant. The cashiers' here are always friendly and professional. The bakery and deli are great too. The pharmacy is well, I have only ever had an issue with the pharmacy and it was resolved. Otherwise I have always had a pleasant experience and the prices are great more so because of coupons and their sales are allowed to be combined even from other stores.

Picked up a prescription from the pharmacy and got lottery on the way out. Friendly pharmacy employee and easy self checkout

I would like to let people know what a GREAT store this is, the staff that work here are angels. My co-worker's husband passed and the funeral services were Saturday and I was unable to make it due to being out of town. I called the store to see if there was anyway that they could deliver the chicken that we had ordered for the services, I spoke to 3 managers and they worked hard to try and accommodate me. They were so kind and understanding and gave me hope again humankind. Please continue with your kindness and helping customers, it does make a world of difference!!! Thank you so much!!

Great selection. Great prices. Friendly and helpful staff. I always do curbside pickup. Their pickers always grab the freshest products and their really good at picking out substitutes. Their ordering app is easy to use and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for them to bring it out to me. Order is always ready on time. I highly recommend this Giant.

Giant is good store. You can find some deals in Gaint. They always have a sale on there cereal wich help my house hold. Since cereal prices are so high these days.

I think I go into Giant 4 times a week. While I may be paying a little more here, it's a great place to shop. The employees are all wonderful.. Pharmacy ladies are amazing and really friendly. Management is great.

Im not a Giant shopper. My daughter sent me there. But I found everything that I needed the day I went, so why not a 5 star.

The pharmacy staff is great and is always patient with our questions. The food selection is good, too. I notice more people adhere to the mask guidelines in the morning than in later afternoon.

Always clean, well laid out, and customer service is great. This particular visit my kids befriended one of the checkout ladies and she was very pleasant with them. It was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Kassandra! It's not always the cheapest grocery store in the greater Manassas area, but for us it is the most convenient, and usually the most pleasant of experiences.

We've lived in the area for 25 years. It's all about the local manager. This store is great. It's well stocked, and has lots of speciality items. Especially if you like central american cuisine. The lines move quickly and the staff are friendly. It's clean, well-lit and the produce is never wilted. I really find it ironic that our "budget" grocery stores seem to be better quality than the "high end" ones a couple miles away. I come here first. Kudos to their meat section. If you can't find it, ring the bell, or even just stand there for a few moments looking confused, and someone will come help.

I i was really impressed with how well stocked Giant was during this crazy health scare. I'm sure a lot of hard work is going into reloading shelves, and I appreciate it. Parking lots were full, but the long lines moved very quickly. Draykeau was so efficient on the register and bagging the groceries that I could barely keep up with loading the bags. Great customer service 😊

I am updating my post. Giant fixed the policy with their employees wearing their masks during covid and has continued to be a clean and helpful place. This is my go to grocery store I love it and will continue to go there.

Good variety of groceries, about the only place in town I can find my favorite brand of cough drops, and nicely spaced store. Only complaint I have is that prices are generally higher than Food Lion or other comparable stores. Still good place for late night grocery shopping.

Bakery staff very helpful!

It was close to closing when I visited. Staff were friendly & professional - they did not rush me despite the late hour. The register had an attendant! This was great for me because I have both a rotator cuff injuring affecting my shoulder movement & a hip injury as well. I was very appreciative to find that there were actual people who could help with check out and with loading my car. Very immpressive.
