My experience with this Cricket location has always been awesome. The girls here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. And by patient I mean they take the extra time to troubleshoot an issue AND implement the solution. That's what happened tonight making this night a success. Thank you.

I bought a phone from a wonderful Gentleman name James today..I just want to say how helpful and positive he made my experience. I don't know much about technology and he made it very easy to make a purchase..He made the experience memorable and made my whole day..I will continue to go to that store if I need another upgrade just because of him and I live in Santanvalley so it's big compliment..So I recommend anyone who is not tech savvy or just appreciates amazing customer service to come to this store and ask for James to help you..Thank you James for wonderful experience sending blessings your way!!

I had the pleasure of working with Yesenia, when i went in. She turned a regular routine bill payment into a very enjoyable experience. She made me feel like a welcome guest and not just another customer. 10/10 experience and i cant recommend this location enough. Will definitely be going back!

I have been a loyal Cricket customer for over five years now. We have five phones on an unlimited data plan. We pay about $140.00 a month. Far less than what I used to pay with Verizon. Phone service and coverage is great. The staff at our location is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you are unsatisfied with your current provider or bill, please look into Cricket.

Jacob was very professional. He helped me check out the sound quality of 3 other phones. (I'm hearing impaired so this was very important to me.) So now I'm even more content with the Harmony 2 I bought last week. (It's got great clarity, that i noticed the very first call i made.) Thnx for him taking that time. I did buy a case for it tonight and he gave me a discount for it. It was a win/win visit as far as i was concerned. Thank you!

This cricket branch has the best customer service! Not to mention they have stealer deals for phone plans! My whole family and I switched over to cricket and we love it. Paulina and Jacob were awesome!

EX-L ENT!!! Good service and fast. You can't beat the price and unlimited Data, text and calls with 10 gigs of hotspot to boot for $60 a month but with auto pay $55.00. No problems at all. Highly recommend and Cricket is my one and only choice😁
