I use to work at Bashas I loved my job and my coworkers and all managers except for this one particular miserable cashier she constantly trying to get someone fired or in trouble HR is like her favorite line. I think she just trying to get attention cause no one likes her there as soon as she walks in the building everyone on eggshells cause she a snitch other then her everyone cool even the managers .

Ordered a cake for my son's 36th birthday. Ordered one day before at 5:00pm and they had it ready for me the next day at 1:00pm. The cake was delicious! Moist and not too sweet on the icing. It was perfect! I WILL BE COMING HERE FOR ALL MY CAKE NEEDS!!!

Bashas at 1122 N. Higley is my go to grocery store in Mesa. It is the friendliest grocery store I have ever known. The sales people there remember you and help you in every possible way. The bakery is the best in town, the meats are top notch, and the produce is always well stocked as well as fresh and delicious. I visit that store usually two or three times a week, and have for the past 18 years. In all that time I have never once been disappointed in their service, or their products, and I can't say that about many other stores.

The pharmacist, Alan, is the greatest! It's clean, and all the staff are nice.

The staff at my local Basha's in Mesa Higley/Brown are always friendly. I usually look for sale items and they always seem to have all things covered. Plus unique brands, more relaxing place to do my shopping . Recommend this store.

Basha’s is old school in a good way when it comes to customer service. They are my go to grocery store, specifically, because they help me avoid stepping foot in Walmart. That in itself is priceless. For example, unlike Walmart, I don’t fight for parking spaces, I don’t have to watch people walking around the store in pajamas, or in ratty swimwear, with their nasty unmentionables hanging out - and every Basha’s store is clean with decent prices and great selection. Best of all, Basha’s doesn’t seem to have the aggravating practice of switching up inventory locations to keep me guessing where things are in the store. Like most guys, I hate shopping, so I’m in and out. That’s what keeps me coming back. No weirdness and just fast grocery errands. Plus they actually have real people to ring up and bag my groceries! Like I said - old school, but great.

I was thrilled with the offer of a case of Tejava Tea for $9.99!!!! And boy was that case heavy! Great tea though and I am grateful to have it!😊

Bashas' is my favorite grocery store chain. Always clean stores, helpful friendly team, nice food and items for the house. I especially enjoy the locations at Higley and Brown also Ellsworth and Brown.

We are from out of town so this is not our regular grocery store. They had everything we needed and it was easy to find. The person at checkout was friendly and helpful. It was a good experience.

I am a huge fan of this store. It's so small and the remodel really brought it back to life. I think allot of people are happy about it in our surrounding neighborhoods.
I love the meat department guys. They are always helpful and they really make it look nice daily. Never disappointed. Produce is always fresh. i do wish the floral area was better with more varieties of flowers. But the girl who works it is so nice!
The bakery is amazing. Best donuts in town.
The deli department is great! I love going and some days they have In store specials on different meats/cheeses.

This store is awesome with customer service.
Sometimes its the Customers who are rude and ugly. And its so unfair to see. Its hard to work in customer services if the actual customers can't be nice and patient. It's so hard. I hate seeing a wonderful worker upset. So people be nice!

This is a good place to go grocery shopping. Very quiet. No one bothers you. Easy to make your selections. The humans that check you out with your groceries are polite and respectful. Nice cafe next to Deli where you can eat. Free parking, wheelchair accessible, public restrooms.

This is such a great local grocery store chain. They have a lot of stuff to offer and actually some things you can’t find anywhere else! I love the bakery here too. I always go for the donuts! 🍩 Might I say they may be my favorite! Y’all need to try their double chocolate donut. It’s to die for! Also always fast and friendly service and always clean and organized! I love coming to do my shopping!

I use their pharmacy, which is much cheaper than CVS or Fry's and the service is much better than Fry's. My medications are always in stock, too.
