Helped me with search for what I needed ,guided me on how to use the cvs app,very polite and respectful. They go above and beyond to help I and my family at all times from the pharmacy to the main store.

Fatima was one of the best associates that I've seen in awhile. She was stocking, doing the marketing pricing adjustments, an happy 😊 to be employed. As well in a very diverse & inclusive neighborhood. One of the best equal rights policies in terms of equal opportunity employment is CVS. Similar to CBS, employing a very wide variety of ethnicities, religions, race, & political partisanship's. No many pharmacies do it better then CVS. When it comes to flu 😷🤧 shots 💉, pharmacy protocols, as well as consultations. Mrs Fatima was with a smile. Very happy to be of service. Happy holidays & season greetings.

I haven't had any of the issues the other reviewers describe. This is my primary pharmacy, and I have a toddler, so we make multiple visits lol.
Everyone I've encountered has been patient and helpful. I think some of these delays mentioned might be due to the general supply chain issues happening everywhere, and the trouble keeping enough staff at low- paying jobs right now.
Anyway, I've never had a problem, and I plan to keep coming here.

UPDATE: 7/13/23
They have finally made the necessary changes to bring this store back into being a place I feel good about going to. Tony, the new manager, is friendly and smart. The store is much cleaner and well-stocked. The Pharmacy finally has friendly, efficient service. My only question is what took so long. The last manager was horrid. She would look right at you and completely ignore you at the window. I made the decision to have my meds called into the Dairy Ashford/Briar Forest store. As expensive as everything is these days, I'll be damned if I will give my money to people who are so disrespectful.

There is no interest or pride in customer service at this store. It's in my neighborhood but I go there only when necessary. Lots of turnover. And then there's the outside which is ALWAYS nasty, garbage cans overflowing, dumpster contents spread out everywhere which makes the entire area look nasty. I blame this all on management trying to cut costs by keeping the number of employees down. Don't go unless necessary.

She is very professional and has an excellent customer service

One of my favorite pharmacies every. I love the courtesy of everyone and they are very meticulous and definitely pay attention to each prescription. They will answer and question you have and when you want advice they give you honest opinions. Great pharmacy!

I love the pharmacists here! So personable. Edjohn and Ms. Patel are the absolute best! They have even caught wrongly prescribed medication. Their customer service is most amazing!

It's a decent location. Staff is pretty cool. Pharmacy staff is very courteous!!

The employees are nice and i think CVS is just better then Walgreens overall.
