I love the store but I have a problem with one of there employee every time I come up there he always have a problem about how you are going to pay now all of the certain you can only do one transaction never experience that which nobody else that work there everyone is sweet but him he the older man with glasses bald with orange reddish hair and skinny just comes off rude for no reason so I just left the store

Told me to leave after my card got declined twice. Both employees were very rude to me. Avoid this place. They also take your money.

Poor customer service. Layout of the store is odd and inconvenience. I patiently waited in line for nearly 10mins which is not the problem. But when it's finally my turn the grandpa Indian boney to the skin( just wanna make sure description is the right person) giving me uncomfortable hand gestures, rushing me . As I was about to get my first word out to let him know what I'd like to purchase, he said, what you want woman?" " What you want?",while contionusoly giving the hand gesture " hurry up" lol. Funny. I decided to to take my business elsewhere.

Please remove the Steak n Shake signs since yours is permanently. I mentioned it to the employee on duty today but she was no help, she said it wasn't her department and when she was asked to speak to whoever"s department it was she said it wasn't her job and refused to pass on the customer's complaint.

Short change me 50 cent bought a drink and it was 2.15 $ with tax only gave me 35 cents. Went in to complain as the math wasn’t adding up and they didn’t care . Poor customer service. They won’t last long lamo
