Walgreens

I am a Truck driver who is setting up a routenin this area.. Been here a fee months now.. A month ago my meds was running out so I looked on line at reviews to find a suitable place.. The store had bad reviews but so did many others further away from where I am staying..
So I called set up my three prescriptions by the auto phone thing and the next day retrieved them without any issues..
This month I did the same but after the phone thing I felt it messed up so called next day to see..
Come to find out it was my error.. I had moved my pills last time into older bigger bottles.. And did not realize that this changes the RX number.. The lady on phone was professional and helpful even tho I felt like a dummy.. Some times it's the customer who makes mistakes and we need to realize this.. The lady told me she will get my meds together and should be ready tonight..Will go tomorrow after work and thank them.. So I am 2 for 2 so far with this location on good vibes..

Realized after I got there that I forgot my wallet, we were staying at a hotel and both of my kids were coughing up a storm. It was almost closing time and I knew I wouldn’t make it back to the hotel and store before they closed. After using some of my rewards points, they covered the rest of my balance!! I was so appreciative, thank you Walgreens, it allowed us to all get a little sleep that night!

The pharmacist John went out of his way to get an insurance issue cleared up that would have cost us a lot of money otherwise. Thank you so much!!

Pharmacy was awesome. And that's hard to come by...they were super!

sadly this my local walgreens. I come here twice a year because every single time I get followed around the store which I don't mind because I'm not doing anything but this last time it was so obvious and almost insulting that I just should my head and went straight to the register I literally spend around 100$ everytime I'm there. In fact the last time I was there I spent $149.15 (I kept my receipt) and yet every single time it's the same thing. Idk maybe there's something *cough* *cough* my race *cough* that makes them do that automatically because I don't have that problem anywhere else. anyways I hope they can train or talk to their employees about biases.

This location is not closed despite what Google says. Best selection of cosmetics, haircare, and skincare in the area. Nice location, but don't bother trying to take a left leaving their parking lot. Busy, busy traffic.

Only issues have been with photo center online duplicating orders that have already been paid for and picked up. I blame online more so than the store location.

Great Walgreens, friendly customer service, and free cash back!

Clean

Nice staff but extremely slow. 4+ hours for an antibiotic. Switched to a different pharmacy after it happened on several occasions.
