Boot Barn

Had a hassle finding the right size Twisted X boot. I ordered two different sizes, both wrong. Ordered two more into the store in Appleton! Finally got the right size! I got to work with the most pleasant young lady, Maddy, on this mess! Thank you for being positive and helping me sort this out, and for your assistance while I shopped for other goods! You rock!

Great selection, organized, clean, and there's always genuinely happy employees there ready to help. Its nice to have another option in the area for western wear.

I had bought a pair of boots in Grand Rapids at boot barn, and within six months they started to fall apart. I live in Appleton, so I brought them to the Appleton boot barn and after some negotiation, the manager was able to get in contact with the Cody, James, boot dealer and refund The order. I got a gift card and was able to get some nice shirts and a jacket. Along with that order, I got a coupon and I wanted to pick up a hat so I went in the boot barn today. I was fumbling through the hats and Travis came over and helped me figure out exactly what size was right for me, and when they did not have the color in size, I was looking for in store he ordered it, along with dealing with several coupons and gift cards that are kind of a hassle. He happily helped me find exactly what I needed and was awesome to work with. I have had less than stellar experiences with other boot barn employees like the people I had to speak with before the manager made things right with my boots, but Travis changed my opinion on boot barn Appleton and I appreciate that about him. Thanks again Travis.

A little expensive but they have such a cute selection of boots and fashion apparel!😊 Plan to shop here again soon

I got myself some clothes here and I love my clothes and I got my brother a pair of cowboy boots for his birthday he was the one that showed my your website and I saw that it was a store so that I live in Crivitz this was the nearest one so I got him cowboy boots for his birthday he loves his boots. Great place to shop for boots obviously but they also have lots of clothes and accessories. They also do military discounts which always gives me a good reason to support them back. C yas again soon!

Had a great experience! Found my boots for my son’s wedding in June and will be back to purchase boots for my three grandchildren that are in the wedding! It was so nice not to be hovered over! We were asked if we needed any assistance and were allowed to just browse! Autumn was very helpful at the checkout explained how I could save that day and in my future visits! Just so happened it was my birthday month so I saved even more! It’s a two hour drive for me but Will absolutely be making the trip again soon!

It's nice having a large boot store in the valley, Fleet farm only has so many different boots, I was floored when I saw the selection.

The guy who helped me was great, helping me find several different styles of boots to look at, and I walked out with a nice pair for the same price as they were online, and saw several others I may go back for.

This Boot Barn might be pint-sized compared to its Texas siblings, but it still packs a punch of nostalgia. After 15 years in the South, it feels like a home away from home. The staff? As sweet as peach pie. The store layout? As neat as a pin. Just don't hold your breath for a Texas flag or star on the gear, they're as rare as hen's teeth around here. 🤠👢🌟

We love the clothes and boots

Inventory is a bit of a mess, but there's so much to offer that if you just enjoy the search you're bound to stumble upon something even better than what you thought you were looking for which is what happened for me. Customer service was outstanding. Was given the opportunity to browse and then every sales associate made an effort to be helpful. Ben was outstanding in trying his best to find something that ended up being out of stock in store and helped order it for me, free shipping. He also helped with sizing suggestions. Anyone that walks in and has a bad experience should give it another try. They're on top of going the extra step to help the customer. Will definitely be shopping here again.

A very diverse western store, I feel as though it’s a lot more of “Western fashion” and not much for the farmers and ranchers but you can find some everyday wear, always respectful and helpful staff, not a lot if any options available for big feet in the woman’s section when looking for boots. I love that the dressing rooms are available at all times and you don’t have to get staff to open them!
