AT&T Store

Doing business at the AT&T mall location has been a way better experience then the location on calumet st in Appleton. The professionalism’s level is higher than the other location on east calumet.

Tina is an asset to this place, she helped us fix multiple, multiple issues with the way our phones had been set up (by the AT&T customer service, we were on the phone for about 6 HOURS total as they mixed up our numbers and SIMs.
Not only was Tina professional and very patient, she was helping a lot of customers and she got us out of there with everything fixed. 5/5 stars

Dustin, Riley, and Jeremiah all greeted us, helped us, and even made friendly conversation while I waited for my new phone to finish setting up. Dustin even did me the courtesy of putting my new case and screen protector on my phone. None of them were afraid to ask clarification questions, which I appreciated. The staff was patient, approachable, and just extremely pleasant to be around. It's a solid staff. I hope you reward them for the stellar service

I will never go to the East Calumet store. That manager was very rude to me. They didn't really want to help me. They didn't even want to work with me.

Tina and Victor are great! They made my visit to this store a pleasurable experience. I left well informed and I appreciated all their hard work they put into troubleshooting my phone. Kota, an interesting character but a fantastic manager to have worked with! 10/10 would recommend this location.

The store manager that assisted us (from San Diego however we could not remember his name) provided great customer service as well as product knowledge. My best friend and I spent several miserable hours at multiple different providers to include Verizon, t mobile, boost mobile, US cellular and a few others. When we arrived to ATT we were pretty much at our wits end, and that changed as soon as we walked in the door. I will highly recommend at minimum the Wisconsin ave location to anyone that asks in the future!

Tina was amazing. It took longer to set my new phone up than normal and she was so patient. She made sure I knew about the deals going on and what my new bill will be. She was so genuine and kind and while waiting I had a great conversation with her. Added note: The rest of the team working today were amazing too and had a great chat with them too.

Went in to upgrade my phone & get a phone for my boyfriend , had excellent service. Dakota got us in & set up with our new phones in less than 30 minutes ! Was very pleased with the service and how quick it was . Very happy I didn’t spend 2 hours in there like I have at other phone stores in the past !

As soon as I walked into the ATT store on Wisconsin Ave the manager Dakota greeted me and asked what brought me into the store today. He took care of my issues in no time and in a very professional manner. That kid deserves a raise.

Great experience! Austin was speedy yet professional. I got the upgrade complete with no issues and only had to spend 15 minutes or so in the store. Absolutely glad we made the transition to AT&T.

At&t online experience was awful, took a couple weeks and they messed my simple order up 3 different times. The in store personnel had me fixed up in 15 minutes.

I have bought quite a bit from this AT&T store. Always treated with respect. The staff is always happy. They are very helpful and if one of the team does not have an answer they get it from another team member. Today I decided to to get an IPad Pro for work. I called ahead of time and they had it ready and it was quick and easy. Thank you Karl for the quick and easy process.

Antonio was a wonderful representative of AT&T.He was kind, very patient and answered all of our questions. He set us up with the best plans available. He is a real asset to the company.

It's been my experience that rather quickly we are able to tell if the person standing in front of us is going to be helpful or not. Going to this AT&T store today and meeting Jody, I knew right away he cared enough to first listen to my issue, and then he quickly went above and beyond to make sure my issue would be solved immediately! The details of my issue are not important, but let me say there were a number of AT&T customer service people (phone and a different store) who were not able to resolve it. Bottom line, Jody got it done correctly and efficiently. Much appreciated, thanks Jody!!
