Two of these younger guys were harassing some older guy in the parking lot Thursday afternoon. When he got out to confront them, they ran hiding in the car still harassing him, so watch out for these two cowards.

Yesterday I had a discrepancy with my card I was using to pay with. Amber the Team lead in the return customer service section was amazing. She was patient and kind and made sure everything worked out. The holidays can be stressful on customers and staff and I appreciate the excellent customer service

Everything and more then I need pulled me to think of things all of a sudden that I needed great place clean with nice workers.

Nothing special, but more of a small town feel. I found some Roku remote covers that the store in my town does not have, so that was cool.

Had everything I needed. Also allows truck drivers to shop which is greatly appreciated.

Needed a few items for an out of town trip. Stopped in around noon on a Saturday. I saw a couple employees throughout the store as I shopped, pointing that out because at my regular store - that's a rare sight.
Everything I needed, and a few items for fun, were all in stock.
There were 2 or 3 registers open plus self checkout. I actually prefer self checkout, and only waited about 2 minutes to get an open register.

Best experience with a bakery our family has ever had. Ordered a complicated and detailed birthday cake to feature the names of multiple members of our family, with emphasis on the youngest members name as an inside joke that she's the most important haha! Not only did this cake decorator exceed our expectations, they went above and beyond and gave us a cake our family audibly gasped upon seeing. It made our celebration even more perfect and the cake tasted great!

I think it is better than woodman's as they take visa.

I always, well almost always get what I am looking for in Walmart for a good price. I've found $5 jeans in my size once. The staff is friendly and very helpful at this store, too.

Went in after calling in to see how much a repair would be for my eyeglasses. Get told it's $10. I went in, prepared to pay the 10. But get told it's unrepairable. I immediately asked how much is it for new frames then? The lady who serviced me. She looked up my profile and decided to replace them for free. While I was completely unaware they were still under warranty. She had surprised me with it. Especially since I paid out of pocket with no insurance for them in the 1st place. There's a reason I choose walmart vision for glasses. It's service like this that makes me want to return and recommend others.

Cleaner than I remember. Nicer than most visits. Seems like they had enough people working today. Had exactly the items I needed (El Pato) for Tuesday Tacos. No lines. No wait. Parking was easy and relatively close to the entrance. Good prices too.

I normally don’t write reviews but felt I needed to today. Even though I really wouldn’t say I like this store all that much I am a normal Walmart shopper and have always looked at shopping here like a must because of low prices and selection of items. Well today was quite the experience. I usually order online and pickup to eliminate the store experience but today there were no pickup times available. I saw in the corner of the website the W+ and free delivery so I decided to try the free trial. The delivery driver was right on time and pleasant when I asked her to put the items in my garage. Well after getting everything in the house I realized there where a bunch of items missing. So after a 20 minute hold with the store I decided to just drive there. Pretty much nulling the point of delivery. I went to customer service to not only have to wait forever to find someone to help only to call someone out from the pickup area. Well he of course couldn’t help and zero experience in problem solving. I in turn asked for a manager. After waiting again for a lengthy amount of time a man walks up and asked for me by name.. huh, didn’t have expectations of getting anything accomplished here today but frustration. Well this leader named Mike was AMAZING! He not only took care of the missing items and extra fees he offered me a gift card for all my troubles. With the multiple issues today I still will remain a loyal customer because of that one guy. Great customer service Mike!

This is my store. I am vertically challenged, so I can't tell you how many times I asked for help to reach something. Always, they are willing to help. Sometimes, I try to shop without a cart and regret. An associate offered to bring me a cart.

The Wal-Mart in Appleton is better than any other Wal-Mart I've been to. And I've been to a lot of places all over the country. This Wal-Mart is cleaner than most. It has WAY better selection of literally everything too

Most items were well stocked. Prices were acceptable, inflation not withstanding. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Still the best one stop place to shop!! 👌🏽
