Western Kosher Supermarket - Pico Branch

This is a great kosher market. The place is crammed with varied selections. From their hot counter I picked up a delicious stuffed bell pepper and vegetables. The smell and taste was so good it didn’t stand a chance for my family and pause long enough to take a picture of it.

They carry several types of bread as well as pictured.

I recently visited Western Kosher and was blown away by their amazing selection of kosher products. This grocery store truly has everything you could possibly need, from a huge wine selection to a variety of meats, cheeses, and fish. The ready-cooked deli counter was a lifesaver for me, as I was able to pick up some delicious dips, salads, and soups for a quick and convenient meal.

One thing that really impressed me about Western Kosher was their pre-marinated chicken and meat. This made meal prep a breeze and ensured that I always had flavorful and tender meat on hand.

Overall, I highly recommend Western Kosher to anyone looking for a great kosher grocery store. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the quality of the products is outstanding. I will definitely be returning for all my kosher grocery needs!

Great customer service!!! love to shop there !! Everything is fresh tasty and delicious!! And the most important is that is Glat kosher!!! I needed an item last time I shoped there , and as soon as I I came in today the guy that I asked from last time remembered !!! and he came to me and gave me the item ! That is unbelievable ,I'm sure he has so many customer all day ,and he remembered that small item that I asked him last time....it was coffee vanilla flavor. ...yami !!!

Western Pico is the defacto standard for Kosher food because they really care about people and have always been huge supporters of our community. I love shopping there as they have the most amazing selections. Love their deli counter too.

I love this store! There is a very good variety of products. Really anything a kosher household could need. Dairy, butcher, fruits and vegetables, sushi, take out. All in a pleasant environment with helpful kind people.

Western Kosher's delivery service has been a life changer. Not only do they make getting Kosher food easy it transform the entire Pesach prep experience to a simple click of a button.

they actually deserve 10 stars, but the most I can give them here is 5. Very fresh and delicious meats. Not sure what they are feeding the animals; the taste of the meat is absolutely fantastic. It's not like other meats you get elsewhere. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you need help finding something just ask. Wide selection of sausages. Highly recommended.

Western Kosher Market is a great place for all of your kosher food needs. It's a small store but they have everything from herring, sausages, salads, sauces, all kinds of meats and much more. Among the best selection of kosher meats in LA. Highly reccomend.

This store is great. I love that non-Jews are as welcome as Jews here. Kosher means quality, clean food for everyone and Western Kosher prides themselves on that standard. If you live mid-city, you must make this your mainstay for grocery shopping.

Living out of town in an area with limited kosher foods, we look forward to our visits to Western Kosher to stock up when we are visiting family in LA. Not only do they have an excellent selection of packaged and fresh products and meats, but they go out of their way to accommodate your special requests. While pricing for kosher goods is never inexpensive, they are quite competitive.

Western stands apart from the other kosher markets in ways big and small. Big: the selection of gourmet, organic, and unique products far surpasses any other option in LA. I know I can find 'hard to find' wines, treats, meats and grocery products.
Small: knowledgeable staff walking around, not impatient or annoyed when approached by customers. Generous and flavorful portions from the deli dept. The only way I could get a more varied and excellent selection of foods to purchase is if I moved to New York. I"l take Los Angeles and Western Kosher anyday :)
