Pretty cool grocery store. They had free chocolate samples on the floor which i loved, people were stepping on them tho, kinda rude 😤 very interesting experience the samples were made on site and i didnt even know they hired dogs!

Hey food is high right now, but Ralphs keeps it decent. I found a good selection of produce & meat today. The bakery was rather nice as well!

I like this location! Clean, the ice cream section is A tad narrow but no problem. I went to the hot food counter & the lady was very very nice.

There were plenty of workers present keeping the shelves stocked, store clean, and providing assistance.

A kind man named Sillver provided phenomenal customer service in the bakery! He made me with a custom cake in 10 minutes and did it with a smile on his face!

Cashier was very friendly. Restroom was clean. Lots of items were on sale.

Clean store great service staff 👌 Parking is a bit much but it is worth going I come across town just to go to Ralph's. But there is one closer to me I go to this one

My experience with this particular Ralphs store and its employees is great! One week ago I went shopping and was checked out by the new Assistant Manager who was phenomenal. Customer Service at this location is unsurpassed. Before that my checker was Skai who was also a phenomenal person and Sonia. It's hard to keep the names of the cashiers who've assisted me. I've even had a wonderful experience with help at the self check out. I only do my shopping once a month and no matter where I am or who I have contact with in the store they're friendly, courteous and helpful. Just wanted to give a BIG shout out to the new Assistant Manager and Skai. THANK YOU for having employees with great Customer service skills. Looking forward to my next shopping trip at the Ralph's at 4760 W. Pico Boulevard.

FRIENDLY MANAGERS AND STAFF AND EMPLOYEES, EVEN THE SECURITY PERSONNEL ARE WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL. I LOVE SHOPPING AT THIS PARTICULAR RALPHS. ❤❤

The store is great Eloise the guy is friendly so is the staff and the main boss El Jefe and really cool store it's like family there 😀

Went to buy Starbucks today (Thursday, August 13) around 12 in the afternoon. The lady was so nice and followed the instructions perfectly! She should get a promotion! She even put on her face covering correctly.

Food is always fresh. Groceries are always a fair price. Employees are always helpful. Good shopping exerpience.

Supermarkets are becoming animal keepers dogs go in the store I haven't seen any cats yet but here's the pigeon (birds) great customer service and the stores always clean

I bought some fry fish yesterday, and it was very good, the person cooking the fish was very polite. But the thing that was very interesting to me was, the fish tasted better this time then every before. The reason being was that the cook told me they had changed ran out of the company supplyed batter and they had to use a Brand sold there at the store. They add another season to it also, and it was very delicious. I think they need to stop using the company's mix and stick to the mix they used on yesterday. I hope someone reads this and makes some changes and sell more fry fish. 😁

I can find quality products including Organic producers, prices are affordable.Thank you

At a great location that has a big parking lot! Next to CVS and yogurtland. So that is awesome!
Staff is friendly and helpful!!! Produce looks fresh all the time and clean!! They have their meat and deli department. For any craving!!
Place is clean and organized!!
They also have a flower department which is awesome.
Get everything you need in one trip.

They now have a Starbucks inside so that's awesome!!
