Carson and Austin were amazing helping me update phones and my plan trying to get me the best deal with the same or less monthly payment. I wasn't pressured into a sale but I definitely want to go back in and see them when I can make my decisions. The store wasn't insanely busy like that Clinton store so it was a nice refreshing one-on-one experience. I kind of don't want to share my great experience in case it makes it busier and I have to share the secret of a great T-Mobile store with great employees and not way too busy. Come see Carson, the manager, or Austin and you will be well taken care of.

Went into this store looking to upgrade my phone. Was taking care of better than any previous T Mobile experience I've had. The manager, Carsen, I think hooked me up proper. Just wanted to say how much I appreciated it. Felt like I was the only person in the store even though they were swamped.

Giving this review based on an experience I had ten years ago. I was home for the weekend from college and my mom suggested a phone upgrade. Came to this store and was helped by a wonderful salesman. He sold me a phone and used his commission off my sale to take me on a date. Ten years later and we are married with three kids. Gotta say T-Mobile gets 5 stars for sure! And yes, I still have the phone he sold me. It's in a shadow box now. :)

I've had good service here, today Josh helped me with getting a SIM card and was friendly. He also told me about deals and promotions that were happening which I appreciate having the information so I can make more informed decisions. They have a cool deal for internet right now before Christmas that I would have taken had I just not signed up for a new ISP recently.

Anthony was incredible. Super knowledgeable with the our plan. He gave us many options while taking care of our upgrade. He even helped my sons girlfriend with her phone plan from a different carrier because they were no help.
I thought about leaving T-Mobile but with expert employees like this is the reason I stay.

me and my son went to get his phone fixed, the manager was very kind and helpful. He cleared up questions without making it confusing and was understanding of the situation.😊

the manager carsen was very helpful, this is the closest store to my home, i had just gotten back from my mission and needed a new phone and he helped me pick the best option, he was very responsive and cool.

I have really enjoyed the customer service at this T-Mobile location. I had to turn in my wife's old phone after she switched to a new one, which should be a simple process, but the Layton store was giving me the run around. I brought the phone to this location and Austin helped me get the phone returned in a snap. He was very friendly, he even apologized for our wait (we had only been waiting like 5 minutes because their associates were busy with other customers). He was very familiar with the phone return process, and didn't make me jump through any hoops. Will definitely be returning to this location for my future T-Mobile needs.

Carsen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! It was really busy in the store but he made sure to greet me when I came in. Carsen helped me get both my son and myself a new watch and set them up to our phones. He explained how they work, how the billing will look, and made it an enjoyable experience rather than a stressful one. I will definitely come back to this store!

Sam and Carson were great and helped me return a purchase within minutes of walking in the door. Full refund with receipt. I spent 1.5 hours at a different location and they could not help me. Nice to feel like someone’s got your back!

Amber was our sales associate she was very knowledgeable. Also Kind! I would recommend her to anyone!

Alan helped me get a new iPhone 12 Pro and it was the quickest easiest thing ever! He bent over backwards to try and get me a discounted price even though there wasn’t one with my plan. I can’t speak highly enough on the excellent customer service I received!

I enjoyed the service i received. All staff was super welcoming and polite. I was helped by Carsen, and i was able to get in and out of the store efficiently, with everything that i needed done! Carsen did a very good job with answering all the questions i had. would 10/10 recommend going to this store, just for the customer service :)

Alan was awesome! We had a pretty complicated situation and have 8 lines on our account. He was fun to work with, super knowledgeable, and fast! Gotta love fast 😆. He gave us his full attention and saved us some money by finding a better way to upgrade. He is the reason we only go to this location!

Each time I come into this location, I am warmly greeted by an incredible staff. Austin, as well as Austin the manager, who is very skilled solving continual issues which my old phone had, Allen who was very helpful and patient teaching me about my new phone. Then today as I came in and being warmly greeted by these gentlemen. I couldn't figure out how to connect my bluetooth to my car. Jalen went above and beyond and came to my car and knew buttons and access ( I didn't even know) in solving the issue very quickly. I am just amazed and very pleased. How fortunate this company is to have an exceptional staff.

I went in and Sam and Carsen helped me so much! They were so sweet and had a very inviting and fun vibe definitely would recommend this location!

people were nice and pretty patient with me. they didn’t try to rush me or anything either. the employees were awesome:)

Clinton store is very helpful, even when I bought my new T-Mobile phone at a different store....and my local store was of very little help, ...'said I should know how to Google sync the 2 phones for data transfer' ( Layton store). The Clinton store, with a smile and patience, completed the complete transfer task, very fast. THANKS SO MUCH!
