As a frequent Amazon shopper I utilize the UPS store for any returns I might have. Everyone there seems to be happy & love their job, which leads to great customer service. Vincent has stood out to me numerous times. He is energetic, upbeat, great customer service, has outstanding people skills, etc. But he is also very knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to help you save money with shipping & gives advice rather than just going through the motions at work.

I recently visited the UPS Store and had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Alex. From the moment I walked in, Alex greeted me with a warm and welcoming demeanor that instantly put me at ease. His helpfulness and attention to detail throughout the entire process were truly remarkable.

One thing that stood out was Alex’s attentiveness to ensuring my package was handled with care. Not only did he carefully package my items, but he also took the extra step of personally escorting the package to the back to ensure it wouldn’t be missed, a level of care that was a refreshing change from my recent experience at a different store.

Vincent was awesome. He said hello to me right as I walked in the door. He was smiling and happy to see me. He helped me with my packages quickly and made everything seem easy and effortless.
Keep him and your customers will come shop at your store even if they don't need anything.

Walked in with an Amazon return and the whole team was excited to help! Quickly resolved a few issues and got a quote for better than Amazon packaging, then got to talking with Alex and Vincent about how to make the return experience even better! Thank you all for the great service!

My experience at this store was awesome! I've been to some of their other stores and the service has not been that good. Sketter Black helped me out with shipping out a package to my partner, I'm still pretty new to figuring out how to mail things but he was super nice and the customer service was great! They were very welcoming and helped me get the best bang out of my buck, he helped me find the perfect sized box to put everything in. Give them a raise!!

I have always had a great experience at this store. Staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Vincent, he goes the extra mile to make sure my experience is awesome with his sense of humor!

Alex was great! He was so nice and efficient! Every time I come here, the employees are always so friendly. They do a great job and I’m always in and out pretty quick. I live in the middle of two different locations, but I always choose the Clinton one.

Went in to ship a package and was greeted by a new hire Kimberly. She was quite helpful and did very well considering today’s her first day! Congrats on the job Kimberly keep up the good work and thanks so much for your help.

Amazon returns are sometimes annoying but drop off here couldn’t be easier. They’re always nice, friendly, and quick.

I’m very happy with my experience with my local Clinton Ut store. The man behind the counter quickly came to assist me with getting my large package through the door and I said I had one more package the same size then he asked if I would like him to bring it in for me. I said yes, please. He asked if I wanted him to close my jeep’s hatchback door and I again said yes, please. The woman behind the counter had already begun processing the shipment. I was in and out in approximately 3 minutes! Wow!

What can I say but that this was a SUPERB experience with Vincent. He was super helpful with my package. He made sure the delivery was an easy experience for me, and I can't wait to come back and have him handle more of my packages.

This store has been great! I have had a mailbox with them since starting my business. Vincent and the rest of the crew are always super helpful and get me in and out quickly even when busy.

Employee Vincent is always pleasant , happy, and helpful! Whether I’ve been in when it’s busy or 3 minutes before they close he is never put out with my unseemingly never ending need for assistance. In would definitely recommend this UPS store.

I've come into this location a couple times and although I normally hate doing returns and sending packages, Ryan has always made it a pleasant experience. She is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the shipping system and UPS policy and is always willing to explain it in terms I can understand. I hope she is there every time I go or is, at the very least, the standard for excellence at this location.
