I came in yesterday. Yves (I think that's what the other employee said) and the girl with the black and blonde hair were delightful! Yves was reorganizing the Pop Funkos and making them look very nice. When I needed help I was also helped swiftly. I've been coming to this GameStop for years and I can say these employees are making a difference. Definitely give these two hard workers raises!!!!!!

The people are nice and always willing to help they play video game ambience music in the background which is cute. And most of the staff are happy to talk about a video game they enjoy with you

I like this store; the employees are helpful when I need them, and chill enough for a little conversation when I just pop in to window shop.

I went to buy games for my kids and the two guys working there were so helpful. I had some trouble paying with my phone and they checked it and do everything to make it possible for me to buy the stuff. Never complained always gentle. I will be back for sure and I totally recommend this place. They also let me know about a discount I can have that I didn’t know. Good job boys!!

I walked in to Gamestop at Clinton Location to Pay off my MW2 game 9/9/2022 I wanna let corporate know that the employee on-site that day was the best customer service I ever received hands down he was the only employee that day working taking calls helping everyone & me. At the same time like nothing he deserves to get known for his skills hey I even walked out with a new ps5 cause off him thank you Carlos for helping me out .

Sales lady was extremely helpful and able to explain to my not so tech-savy self the differences in the systems available. We walked away with an excellent gift for our son's birthday.

Hailee at the Clinton location is TREMENDOUS! I went in looking for an action figure and they didn’t have it. She went out of her way and called others stores until she found it and had it held for me. She has amazing customer service skills

All I have to say is that this game stop is AMAZING! I bought the wrong game for my husband and lost my receipt and they helped me exchange it for the correct one! There is an employee named Rose and he deserves all the praise!! He was so friendly, quick and efficient! I will continue to come back to this store because of Rose, he’s amazing! Thank you!!

This is my favorite GameStop EVER. It isn't the one closest to my house, but I always have a great experience here. Alannah (Store Manager) leads a great team, and they always take care of you. I choose to go to this GameStop over the others in the area as they always do a great job and take care of me. I can't recommend them highly enough.

These stores just aren't what they used to be they need to hit the retro scene with retro games and skilled techs in the background to really repair them the way they need so they can guarantee that stuff. That's where the real market is right now everything else that can be bought digital will be sold with no need for your service...I mostly come here to find collectibles, steel books, and pick up pre-orders with special bonuses. The guys do their job well and they push real hard for those extra sales that they don't get commissions for and are pushed insanely hard to do that they have sales pitches down better than knowledge and real passion and love for the industry. I think that genuinely makes the customer more comfortable about buying their devices of significant cost from you. But it seems like less and less is that the case with the people who are hired and more and more salesman who just need work.... But it is one of the few game stores that are that big and I always have a pro plan usually with magazines because they once were an unbiased source not lorded over by statistics of popularity. I would really like this place I used to adore... to become that again. Been picking up pre orders from here since I playstation 2 GTA Vice City. Now it's meh, Any Brand new games are cheaper at wal mart.... 😥

After the staff change, it took a bit for the staff to fill into their rolls but they do a good job and they know what they are doing. I love the clinton store. The staff there help in So many ways. I can't applaud them enough......

My son received a gaming headset as a gift this last Christmas, along with warranty, from Gamestop. It worked great for a while but the jack broke. We didn't have the receipt and the warranty info had worn completely off of the sticker. I thought for sure we would be saving up for a new set, but thought we'd try and run them by the store anyway.
The gentleman that worked at Gamestop tried looking up names and numbers, but couldn't find record of the purchase. Without any argument, complaint or issue he politely exchanged them then and there. I was incredibly impressed and even more so, happy he made my son's whole day. Thank you for the wonderful example of great customer service.

We bought a new Xbox and our store clerk a female was very patient and care free in helping us get the right headsets for our Xbox...keep up the good work, dear.

This particular Gamestop has changed so much within the past several months, and for the better. The staff here is very down to earth and they are just decent people. Everything is much more organized and easy to shop and there is just a better vibe within. All these positives start from the top, and that has everything to do with the current manager. She's a hard worker, an absolute joy to interact with, and she does her best to make this Gamestop unique and fun.
Serving the public in today's retail environment is tough work, primarily due to the scores of entitled, whiny, and insufferable consumers that think they deserve special treatment while treating the employees that serve them like gutter trash. I'm sure a majority of the negative reviews found here came from such customers.
To sum up this Gamestop, it's just simply fantastic. Look at its overall review scores. It's one of the highest rated gaming stores in northern Utah. And that stemmed from having an intelligent, caring, and genuine manager take over and bring in an entirely new crew. Be sure to stop in and support this business. You won't be disappointed.

Talk about some chill staff. Four giant men in costumes walk in asking for Power Ranger gear and the clerk doesn't bat an eye. Instead helps us find it in a nearby store and refers to us as the Scandanavian men. Next time I'm back in the area I'll check it out again.

Best GameStop in northern Utah. The employees are friendly, and know their stuff. Awesomely generous as well, they gave me a new copy at used price. If you're even a mild gamer, this is the place to go.

The people are always friendly and willing to help with your gaming needs. If they don't have it in store they will always get it for you.

All of us gamers love us some Game Stop. This is no exception. All the games for all the systems. Plus all the extras. Friendly staff is helpful, but Prepare yourself to be up saled pretty hard. Nostalgicly reminds me of block buster where the games are all around you. It's great. Highly recommended.
