I was a first time customer here on a Thursday night right before I had to go to work. I was lucky enough to come in when Ashlee and Marissa were working! Ashlee was so helpful and just so friendly! Marissa was patient with me as she was adjusting my watch band for me. Both of these women were so nice and made me feel so welcome! I accidentally left my bag and box there. Ashlee walked to my store (in the same plaza) to deliver it to me!! I feel customer service like this is so rare these days. Thank you for making my first experience pleasant!! I will be returning!

Talk about great customer service! Went to do an exchange, not only was the staff super friendly and helpful but quick to acknowledge your presence when walking through the door. If that’s not awesome already! I had a very helpful Kendra Scott advisor who helped me every step of the way. Erayn answered and addressed all my questions I had regarding the beautiful Kendra Scott pieces. Erayn was so awesome and so helpful! It is so refreshing now a day to receive that kinda customer service. Erayn walked me through the many variety of current and new Kendra Scott pieces that they had on displays. Erayn was very acknowledgeable of the pieces and was so very helpful in helping me choose the right piece that not only look fabulous on me but even complimented my skin tone! Now that totally 5 star ⭐ service! If you’re looking for gorgeous jewelry that will WOW 🤩 you and everyone looking your way! I highly recommend this particular jewelry and most definitely this location. Superb customer service and staff, definitely ask for Erayn when you visit this location.

Y'all! I had the most *delightful* experience at Kendra Scott today. I went in to purchase something to celebrate my birthday and not only found the perfect piece of jewelry, but also was greeted with so much warmth and kindness. It made shopping so much fun and I am so grateful for the kind stylist who helped me - I wish I had caught her name! Thanks so much, Kendra Scott! I will definitely be back.

This location is amazing! I was greeted upon entering the store, and I had the best customer service experience. The pieces that I was looking for, was not in stock. The sales associate that was assisting me called and located both pieces and had them shipped direct to me. My apologies for not remembering your name.

Alyssa was absolutely amazing. So helpful and so nice! She's the reason I'll be coming back!

Lauren was SO HELPFUL. She was very patient in addressing my needs and took her time to make sure my jewelry pieces were perfect! I'm so thankful for this location & their excellence after having had a bad previous experience at the location in the woodlands. What a breath of fresh air and customer service, made my Wednesday! Lauren deserves a raise, because she raised my standards!

The customer service from Steph here was amazing!! I came in to get a tangle out of my necklace and she was very kind at doing that and then noticed my necklace was tarnished and replaced it with a new one. She was vey kind and had conversation with me like a friend! She walked me through what she was doing and also told me some care I can do for my necklace at home. This is great customer service to see especially around the holidays! I felt valued as a customer during this visit!

I cant rave enough of this store and shopping experience. Alyssa I think was the young lady's name..who helped me find the cutest charm for my necklace. She was so sweet and was patient with my ambivalence. Recommend this location and the jewelry is gorgeous!

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Find what I need really quickly and am out in no time. Will definitely keep coming back.

Asked to put items on hold and came in the next day to pick up, everything was ready to go! My friend and I shopped for a good half hour and staff was very helpful with any questions, pulling items for us as needed. One of the managers Marissa, was so nice checking us out and gave us exceptional customer service :)

The ladies here are SO helpful. The front door lady helped me quickly find the item that I needed and then they assisted me in the birthday discount process! Highly recommended this store for their helpfulness and kindness!

I've been multiple times at this location. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. A very busy store and if you know what you want, you'll be in and out the store in a heartbeat. Been there for gift cards, purchases and an exchange. 5/5 every time.

Love me some Kendra. The sales ladies at Kendra Scott are always polite, patient and attentive. The one on University has a sweet sales woman who was patient with me while I customized a necklace. I could not make a decision to save my life and she was gracious. Thanks, wish I knew her name so she could get a pat on the back. 😊

My wife loves their designs. I can walk in here point at something and almost certainly be sure that my wife is going to love it! The sales staff is always very attentive and they're always ready to get me the right piece.

The staff at this store is exceptional. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door, shown around and helped at the color bar. This was my first time at Kendra Scott and she was so patient with me showing me a million diffrent stonea ultimately ending in me finding the perfect quality every occasion necklace. As I was driving home I reached in my bag to show my sister and the necklace was gone,not in the bag. I frantically called the store to see if it had been found or still at the register. Star was sweet and reassuring. She told me to come to the store and they would help me and take care of everything. I got back to the store and everyone was so empathetic and helpful. I'll definitely be a customer for life. Thank you ladies!!!
