I purchased two coats but one wasn’t available in my size
the manager was very helpful in locating a store that had my size..placed the order and gave me free shipping to my house.

I’m happy with them both
And this is now my fav Macey’s 👍💜🥰

This lady helped me feel so pretty for a Christmas party the other night!!! I should of taken pics but i didn’t because I was busy being so happy and feeling gorgeous! Seriously she took her time from behind the desk/phones/security to help me buy the heels I needed and the makeup to pull it together.

Thank you to your team. I’m sorry I do not remember the lady who suggested Dior rouge. You nailed it! Was so pretty. I’ve been raving about this place and your team and store is amazing!

I stopped by on my way home from work looking for some gold boots 👢 but instead food 2 pair of MK'S on clearance this place is amazing.

This was my first experience with the scaled down version of Macy's. I liked it. Looked leaner and cleaner. Everything is laid out so customers can easily see what and where to shop. It was a fun experience.

Absolutely had an incredible experience with the sales associate Kee! She went beyond for great customer service. She was so nice to me and my friend. Fun to talk to, showed us some amazing items which I purchased some YSL lipsticks, my friend got some jewelry. Overall she is very amazing! I highly recommend her to help anyone looking for literally anything in the store.

It was my first time going to Market by Macy. I Love it.!! The employees were very friendly, professional, greet me with a smile and ask me can they help me. Me and my husband will be shopping there from now on. I will rate them a 10 plus.!!❤

Less inventory than most Macy's, but a very nice clean store. The service was personal and great. Reminds me of the department stores of my youth. A very nice place to shop!

Nice clean and helpful workers. Very limited selection but worth the stop. I got 1 pair Nike & 1 pr Puma leggings. Dressing rooms are open with hand sanitizer at the doors.

Very clean layout with select options. I felt comfortable social distancing. Market is a great place to shop if you know what you are looking for or are picking something up. Very pleasant experience!

Nice store with a very friendly helpful staff. The ladies were all it and quick to help as soon as you needed it. Facility was very clean and organized.

That store is super nice inside, and I loved getting to be apart of helping getting that store ready to open. They have really great group of colleagues working there, and I wish them good luck.

It's Macy's just more friendly and easy. Great stuff for everyone and prices lower than expected.. Will be back .. check it out !

Haven't been there yet, but grateful to find a store to replace his favorite cargo shorts (easier than patching them AGAIN)!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful, better than the larger stores. Worth going out of the way for, and we found it by accident.
