I arrived at this store undecided and hopeless. I left with a wardrobe and a membership. Hanna you are awesome! My first experience as a fabletics shopper it’s like I had my own personal stylist. Thank you.

Entire staff was very helpful and on top of it swapping sizes for my wife. They acted with a sense of urgency and seemed to enjoy the job.

Just found this location today and I'm glad I did. I hate shopping online. Serena and Brandon are great! Professional, polite, helpful and I love their smiles! Keep being great and bringing goodness to this store! I'll be back! 💪🏽

Had the best experience in this store on Christmas Eve. Walked in stressed needing last minute gifts. I believe the girls who helped me were Alaina and Jasmine! Top tier customer service. Jasmine was quick to help with anything I needed, and Alaina was so helpful and personable which I loved. I walked out with exactly what I needed and even a jacket for myself. Size range and quality of this brand is better than a lot of other brands and is definitely worth the price. Definitely recommend this store!

Serena & Sharon were both patient, professional and polite the 3 most important p’s I look for when doing shopping. They also let me finish my browsing even after they had closed the store. Give these girls some raises!

Aida was super amazing to my husband & myself. She gave us the best deals for my membership. Which is the best thing to have if you don’t. Jasmine was super friendly & made us feel super comfortable in store!

Excellent customer service

The female employees were very friendly and helpful- took care of us the whole time. However, promotions and pricing were unclear and not consistent. One employee told me the best deal I could get was 50% and that the leggings I wanted were not eligible for the 2 for 24 deal, so instead of $12 a pair I’d have to pay $45 a pair PLUS the membership fee. I told them I would rather do it online and they went on insisting I wasn’t going to get the same deal online and that I should do it in store. I said no and I was going to do it online- come to find out the leggings they wanted me to pay $45 each for WERE eligible for the $12 each deal online, and also everything else was 70% off instead of 50. If you want to save money, shop online and don’t let the sales people talk you into paying more in store.

First time inside the store. The back wall had a sign that said 2 for $24 for leggings - tried them on and loved them!!! But they were really over $80 a piece :/ there was some catch with small print and joining some membership where you pay $50 a month for clothes....I didn't join and was stuck paying $145 for 2 pairs of leggings and that was with a $30 off $100 coupon! I really liked how they fit when I tried them on which was the only reason I still bought them... depends on how I like them if I go back!

THIS COMPANY IS SUCH A SCAM. The VIP membership is so stupid. I’ve been paying over $50 dollars a month since 2019 and had no idea I even had a membership. And they make it sooo hard to cancel, the push you to “skip” a month so you’ll forget the next month instead of cancelling. They’re stealing your money, don’t fall for the 2 for $24 I beg you.
