Party City

I was at Party City in Oceanside NY today and the entire staff were friendly. I must say employee Joshua stood out. He went above and beyond to help me. I had alot of questions shopping for 2 adult costumes and he walked around the store with helped me with everything answering every question and very knowledgeable of all the items I needed. Also his patience, kindness and work ethic was outstanding. Give him a raise. He deserves it. Happy Halloween. 🎃

Ordered online for in-store pickup. My items are always prepared by the time I arrive and logistically well organized so I can be in and out real quickly.

The manager and staff were absolutely fantastic... I presented them with my problem and they were very quick to help me.

I have to say, the manager that was in the store on the morning of June 16th really stepped up. I was in the store on June 14th and ordered balloons for my daughter and her friend's backyard Sweet 16 celebration to be picked up on the 16th at noon. I went in and they were not ready nor were being worked on. He told me to come back, I came back in 40 minutes. Again...not even out or the queue to be completed. The manager saw that I was there, grabbed my order and worked on the order himself. He not only had it done in record time, but was so apologetic so I had to give him props. Wish I knew his name. The other employees that work the balloon area should really step up to his level and there would never be a wait on your balloon order. Thank you!!!!!!!

I really have never been in a party city and now I see why it's very popular. They have everything you need!

Very organized store with very helpful employees, they sell a hell of alot of balloons so be prepared to wait for those!

Wife wanted "a giant balloon with arms and legs" for her birthday. I had no idea what she was talking about. I figured if anyone had it, I could find it at Party City. I went to the Oceanside location and, lo and behold, with the help of Jessica and Melissa, I found a Hello Kitty 'gliding balloon'. They even gave me a discount coupon. I was on a tight schedule and they made my experience quick and easy. The balloon was perfect! Thank you :-)

This is one of the few Party City that are left. The staff is very helpful and have great ideas! Excellent stock of everything. One stop shop for all your party needs.
