Zia Records (Bethany Home - Phoenix)

Has some good selections, the store is laid out really well much more modern and open 😀 They have something for everyone it seems. It was very busy but it's because it's the first day they opened. They had a ton of records and a nice selection of video games ... prices are fair.

Love the new store. Wish they'd put a little more time into how they are organizing things. For instance Mildred Piece in the drama section was $12.99., but after roaming around I found their "classics" section and found it for $3.99. I found the staff friendly. I felt I got good credit for my trade.

A great place for new and used media, pop culture merch and novelties.

Zia Records is my go to spot for anything music and is the best Indie record store. I have been going to this location the last few years and I usually spend a lot more time there than planned as they have a wide variety of offerings. This store is super clean and merchandise and aisles are kept in order which makes browsing around much easier.

There are stores in Phoenix, Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, Tucson, and Las Vegas and customer service is very cordial and accommodating.

They have exclusive merchandise covering CD,'s, DVD's, Vinyl, Books, Instruments and all kinds of collectibles from Barbie Dolls to Star Wars including Toy's and Figurines. They also have novelty items, apparel, and video games.

This store is right off the Light Rail on Camleback and 19thavenue in Central Phoenix and offers in-store pickup. In-store shopping does prefer a mask be worn, but I forgot mine and was not hassled about it. They have dividers at checkout and disinfect surfaces.

Zia Records or Zia Record Exchange has been around since 1980. Their entrance and parking lot are Wheelchair accessible.

They take Credit Card payments from the following currently; American Express, China Union Pay, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and VISA.

Really enjoyed my time. First time at a ZIA Records. Brought nostalgia in a good way. It's like a Blockbuster and Sam goody put together.

Some amazing hard to find vinyl, amazing customer service and cool impulse items. They also have books and other collectibles. Definitely worth it if you are in the Phoenix area.

It's always fun to see what they have, lots of sales, collectibles and novelties, ect. The hubs always picks up DVDs, fun selection to choose from, including Criterion and 4k 💜💙💜

This place makes me wanna join a band. Always a good time. Plenty of trade including; board games, video games (classics too), music, instruments, books, and random t-shirts. Plenty of time to spend here, always a good time, and sometimes, live shows.

Leaving a review for this now so I don't forget. Largest Zia Records store I have ever seen and great selection of everything.

We went to ZIA Records on 19th & Camelback Phx Az.I was looking forward to cool mugs that change designs when add hot liquids. But,none 🙄..sorry to say there was so much movies,music CD's etc..No cool stuff like dinky stuff if you know what I mean.nothing interesting 😔.

Recently ordered my favorite shows from online and got them within a week. Super impressed! I always went into a location because the selection is amazing however with everything going on I found exactly what I needed online. Support your favorite business! I’ve always loved Zia. The prices are fair and again some really great finds! Whoever wrote this, stay blessed!

So many unusual items and obscure gifts in addition to the music, movies and lots of gaming stuff. Hilarious socks, mugs, name plates, stickers, and Star Wars items. My wife and I love going to Zia Records! I love looking for a retro toys and she loves Stephen King books as you can tell. ZIA records go to is I 17 and Thunderbird just head about a half mile east on Thunderbird, the staff at Zia Records are so pleasant and knowledgeable about their stock.

It's not clear to me exactly what one cannot find at this establishment. There is something for everyone. Do not enter, unless you are willing to commit to at least an hour of browsing and discovery. Lots of nostalgia for people of a certain age 🧓🏼

So damn cool! I have been going to Zia for years and its always better. Staff is helpful and polite prices are reasonable to cheap always find something i must have. This time it was these 2

I came to this Zia location on 7-3-23 to shop and trade some stuff and this was much better than the thunderbird location, got my trade in within an hour some stuff didn’t get accepted due to inventory sold about 17 items and got $33 for store credit
