Harbor Freight Tools

This store is my bread and butter when it is about buying tools. The quality of tools is lower than Home Depot, but it's worth every penny. The store is very clean. The downside is the new team of managers running the show. It's hard to find, train and keep good staff these days.

👏☺ Honestly i received the best customer service and i was able to find all the appliances that i was looking for along with several other items which was available for purchase,✌😉 The employees definitely made the experience much better and for that reason I'll be most definitely recommending this location too all my family and friends.!!💯💜 Thank You Very Much.

Clean and organized, employees helpful when asked questions, bathrooms clean (however, you need an employee to enter a code to get in). Well stocked and the checkout line moves quickly.

Costumer services is great, its got every thing i need.

I wondered how their tools were so cheap. I was thinking they might just be cheap Chinese junk, however, the associate said that they make their own tools. Interesting. I guess since since they already have a distribution channel, they can make them cheap and still be profitable.

Clean store, friendly staff help with questions, store is always well stocked... One of my favorite stores....

They always have what I need. Great prices. Even some of tha kits are lifetime warranty. Can't beat that tho. If your a beginner tool person. Go here and buy one tool a week, or every payday. If you can find this set of impact sockets. Awesome deal. Plus easy storage in your whip. Very handy homez. ✌

Giovanni has amazing customer service skills, and I appreciate his speed and willingness to assist me with a warranty return. Thanks to him, it was completely hassle free and I was able to get in and out in only a few minutes. It made my day just that much simpler and I really appreciate it. Will be coming back to this location for sure in the future because of great customer service like this!

My Hubby and I visited this location yesterday for the 1st time. We went in because I needed to purchase a nail gun, which were actually out of stock, the gentleman that assisted me bye the name of Adam had great customer service his Co-Worker named Jamie our cashier did not stay behind at all these guys went out of their way to help us. Adam located a nail gun at their Peoria location, they weren't friendly nor helpful at all.

My Hubby needed some assistance at this location (Peoria) and searched for someone to help there was no one insight, I asked the blond girl if she could assist us she responded by, if we carry it, it should be on aisle 8. I thanked her and walked away she didn't seem as if she was having a good day at all!...

Jamie is a very out going, friendly gentleman we really appreciated him, he offered the sales, we even purchased there membership for 2 yrs it is very well worth it!

Thank u Jamie and Adam keep up the great work, definitely we will be returning to this location we also recommend them!...😊
