The staff at Sam Ash Music in Glendale is Amazing! They were so helpful and were able to answer every question I had and even went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for which was not currently in the store and explored all options to ship it to Canada on my behalf.
Mike and his staff provide Excellent customer service and deserve a 5 Star Rating all around!

It’s a sweet, gently used Fender Stratocaster that looks and feels as good as it plays. Their selection and customer service is top-notch and Mikey was so friendly, patient and knowledgable throughout the whole process. I could tell from the moment I spoke with him on the phone and then met him in their awesome store that he really wanted to help me with the next step in my musical journey. I'm not a fan of big box retailers in general to be honest, but I have bought multiple guitars, amps/cabinets, and other miscellaneous stuff from Sam Ash over the years and I've always felt taken care of. I love that I can pull a guitar off the wall instead of constantly bothering someone (who's usually busy) at Guitar Center or other places to unlock the wall hanger. I always end up going back to Sam Ash. Thanks for being cool, guys!

Excellent, friendly service! The sales rep showed me options for keyboard stands and benches and took time to research for me the items that will be included for an online purchase I made that I am awaiting delivery from Sam Ash warehouse, saving me from buying any duplicates. He even offered to carry my purchases to the car for me. I left the store feeling a real sense of happiness in completing purchases of music for my grandson.

I had some questions about a Ukulele pickup, one of the staff took me directly to Brett and he was awesome with his time and explanations. I was able to purchase one from another store because this store didn’t have one. But, I went back to Brett for the installation. He was extremely helpful and I’m happy with the results. All the staff at the store were very polite and helpful unlike the other store I visited. The staff has earned my future business.

This place is helpful, polite and considerate. I never realized Sam Ash was a family business until recently... It explains why the staff is so great and this specific store"s staff is definitely keeping a family business environment going. Great job guys

I was actually able to get someone with knowledge to help me. Loved the fact that I could walk up to any guitar hanging on the wall and play without needing anyone to unlock like at their competitors. Bought a nice Taylor for a great price.

Sam Ash sales and service techs are definitely 5 star! Had two issues with electric and bass guitars. Tech expert took care of problems. We have purchased guitars, straps, amp and other items from their plethera of products. Really appreciate Sam Ash Music!

Huge selection, lots of new and used gear. Knowledgeable employees, and their repairman/luthier has tons of experience. This is a much better experience than visiting their large competitor a mile or two away.

Andrew was amazing. The customer service here is beyond anything you experience at other music stores. Not to mention the fact that they are knowledgeable. More than I expected. The staff worked together really well to meet my son’s goal of a new flute. And I found myself buying a new synthesizer while I was there. We drove all the way from Gilbert to experience the amazing customer service, and don’t regret a minute of it.

Bought a new keyboard for my wife to place and she loves it. It was a good experience we had and enjoy.

Update we had problems with the keyboard and Seth was awesome got it fixed for her. it was just need to know how to do some setting on the Keyboard to do some of its option that was not working right!

Needed to purchase a powered speaker. Seth took time to pull down 2 demo speakers and set them by a keyboard for me to test. He plugged , then unplugged to each speaker several times to allow me to hear how they sounded. That was great customer service. Thank you again Seth.

I believe my sales person was Daren, who works in guitars. He listened to my needs, asked me pertinent questions, and showed me possible solutions. He even found my guitar a discarded case. Unfortunately, arthritis keeps me from playing the guitar. Everyone, including the person who took back the guitar, was great. Someday, when I can afford it, I am going to buy their 4-string steel guitar.

The great place to get all your musical equipment, I picked up some nylon classical strings, the staff is very friendly and courteous.

Do not go to Guitar Center! The staff at Sam Ash knows way more, is way more helpful, and will get you a fair deal. Their selection is infinitely better as well.
