Korey is the best Lowe’s employee you could ever hope to meet. He puts a smile on our face every time we see him. He offered assistance when I bought my fridge a couple months ago. And although we had a different associate grabbing the grill we requested during today’s visit, Korey stopped by and chatted us up about fun grilling ideas. Thanks for always making us feel welcome, Korey! You are awesome!

Korey. This is the Man to work with in appliances. I called to check on the availability of a unit, from the moment he answered he was personable and professional. That experience only increased when I arrived with my Daughter. He remembered me from the phone call and was there to assist us at his first availability. He helped me with spec dimensions as well as double checking for the unit in the warehouse. He even gave insight on the manufacturer and his professional opinion. We were treated very well and had all of our questions answered not only about the original inquiry, but about some other items. We were taken to and shown the other items, given a breakdown on standard sizing and what pricing might come with particular units.
I highly recommend visiting Korey for your appliance needs.

I needed help recovering a sales receipt that was accidently thrown
away. Cristian working at the help desk took the time to locate it in the computer system. This was his first day at that location. It is a pleasure doing business with a company and store that cares for its customers. Great job Cristian!!!!!!

I’m giving 5 stars simply because Thomas in lawn and garden just provided some of the absolutely best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Great job great product knowledge and great customer service.

Went in for some pool products, they have a good selection the only issue is that is looks like it has been on the shelf for years. It could be due to the fact that it is located in garden side, dust it probably attracted to it like crazy!

Love the kids workshops! It's funny how even as adults we have trouble following directions LOL! Good time for the whole family! And better yet it's FREE! Every time they complete a project they get a badge, when they collect 12 badges they get a little toolkit! They also get a vest to display all the badges!

Beautiful plants and today they had 50% off on Desert Willow trees! Jan 2024.

I love the garden section at lowes compared to home depot. You can even find good deals on clearance plants that just need a little tlc.

Even though they were closing in 2 mins, they found what I needed and I was able to get my dishwasher working as soon as I got home.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Didn't even have to go looking for someone when in the tile mortar area. Was in the isle looking for which type mortar was best option for the tile we ordered. An associate walked up, asked if we needed help, we discussed the tiles we had ordered and he helped confirm we picked the right mortar. Then he went and got a forklift and another associate to load 30 bags on a pallet to the back of our truck. Didn't have lift all those bags and break a sweat and back. Seemless and smooth. Checkout associate was really friendly too. Thank you!

Was happy to see they had the giant TV box we needed to move our son's giant TV. I was a bit disappointed that their large shrink wrap was $5 more than Walmart.

I had an issue with my laundry machine. I walked into to the store I was directed to Hernandez and I was glad. He replaced my washer in no time. He is absolutely the best, very knowledgeable and friendly. He also called and left voicemails making sure I received my delivery with no issues. I had a wonderful experience, Thank you Hernandez for making it easy for your customer. 😊

We enjoy Lowes and feel that the quality and assortment of merchandise is superior and you can actually find someone to help or answer questions.

Finally, I found the kitchen faucet with NO pull-down sprayer here. The store was clean and organized. Employees were friendly and helpful. More than one asked me if I needed help.
