I damaged my phone and fortunately had insurance but I was told by others that I could not retrieve any of my data from the damaged phone. Frank knew exactly what to do and retrieved all of the data from my damaged phone in record time. What an asset he is to your organization. I am very grateful to him for his expertise and for valuable information he shared on protecting my phone in the future.

AJ at this location is the best. Management is top notch and staff is friendly. Not pushy at all to make a sell, but more to be helpful and efficient in their work environment to make a customer feel comfortable in their needs.

I do recommend AJ, tell them I sent you guys and not just AJ, but anyone there. They'll be more than happy to assist you, I'm sure of it.

I made 2 purchases to this AT,&T location and was extremely pleased and more than satisfied by the sales service I received. On one occasion I delt with a man named BIG LOU and the second time with a very nice lady named DULCE. Both incredibly nice, friendly and very knowledgeable sales people. Honestly I can't say enough about either of them. I would very highly recommend you ask for both of these sales people because I can guarantee you they will take great care of you, and make your buying experience a good one.

I would just like to thank Dulce Garcia. If you want a helpful honest employee that is willing to go the extra mile and make sure that you understand what’s going on with your phone service then go to her. I had the worst experience when I switched over to AT&T. Not only was I given false information but I was flat out lied to by a third party. Thank goodness I decided to walk into this location and was greeted by Dulce who apologized profusely for all the lies and false information I was given by this third party but she explained what I was really getting when I switched over. She assisted me with my trade inns, with setting up my insurance and purchasing accessories. Everything was so transparent and well explained that I can honestly say I walked out of this store satisfied. I walked into it upset and furious but thanks to Dulce I’m happy and prepared for this switch. Thank you so very much Dulce for everything! I hope you get a raise because you definitely deserve it.
