Jang Tuh Asian Grocery

Not necessarily the biggest, but the best Korean Asian grocery in the Capital Region. They used to be on Latham Circle but moved to the current location some years ago. There is carefully curated selection of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese food items that should allow you to cook just about any Korean dish. This is our go-to place for seaweed, noodle soup, kimchi, ready-to-eat Korean dishes, Asian sauces and many other items. Owners are very friendly and can offer suggestions on food selection. A lot of items are Hiroshima-grade spicy, so probably ask the owners for advice if you're not sure about your capacity for hot food. If the Korean package says "Hot", it will be well beyond the typical spicy sauces in the American supermarket, more like 7-9 on a 1-10 spiciness scale.

The store maybe small, but the selection, prices, and friendly atmosphere are better than most retail stores I have ever been too, HIGHLY recommend

I could not find some of my favorites, but this is a nice grocery store run by some nice people. Very nice selections of seaweed, sauces, noodles, produce and frozen seafood. Found some nice pork belly so pretty happy about that! There is also a back room with some cooking equipment and dishware.
I will go back! Goodness, I spent $184 in there today! My bags were full to the top!

Loved the store and the woman working there was so helpful and pleasant. I had called all over looking for lemongrass and rice papers. I found both items here. The store was so clean and well stocked. It is now my go to. I had been in another "Asian" Grocery store near Clifton Park which was quite the opposite, so I was delighted to find Jang Tuh.

Friendly staff and a great selection, I keep coming back! You can also buy frozen Korean cord dogs here which are tasty

Staff are wonderful. I frequent this place often. Obviously great for getting ingredients for Korean recipes, but they also carry hard-to-find Japanese ingredients too.

Amazing selection for such a tiny shop, went shopping for kimchi ingredients and they had everything.
Neatly arranged but do allot enough visit time, checkout is a little old fashioned.

I bought lots of items to make up a fun Asian inspired gift basket for my adult son who loves to cook and explore different foods. They had a lot to offer from candy to nori to frozen dim sum! Great store!

They are the most friendly around. They carry lots of fun ingredients and lots of prepared or heat and eat options. Good for students. Closest Asian grocer to Saratoga. Also you can find really good deals. Mostly Korean foods. 10/10!!

Our favorite Asian Market to go to. The owners are very nice. Good people. A real mom and pop kind of store with actually a great variety of stuff. She always holds my 1 year old daughter whenever we go in. So friendly. We were big H-Mart shoppers and we would normally make the drive to Jersey from Albany at least 2-3 times a month for all our Asian necessities, but since finding this little gem, we just come here most of the time. The prices are exactly the same as H-Mart. This is our place to go. I would highly recommend this little store for your Asian needs.
