I was able to find what I was looking for, in a reduced amount of time, and arranged to get it scheduled to be tailored, with a pickup date that met my expectations.

I'm a retiring handyman. Tired of t-shirts and jeans. Stopped in here after a disappointing experience with a retailer in the mall.
The staff at Josephs is well qualified. They can size you up just by looking at you. They have tailors on staff and great shoe shine fellow there too. After buying $8 t-shirts, the prices are a bit of a shock. Great quality is pricey. Everything I've purchased so far fits well and is superb quality. I'm happy and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. It feels GREAT to dress up.

The staff at Joseph's were some of the most polite, professional, and courteous people I have dealt with in some time. I walked in the door having no idea what I was going to do for my daughter's wedding. Mr. Ralph Garcia took fantastic care of me and within 30 to 45 minutes set me up with a quality outfit that looks incredible and fit my budget! I cannot recommend this store and their entire staff highly enough!

Great experience. I just received a promotion at work and I want to interview for an additional promotion. I was greeted immediately and they asked what I was looking for. I informed them of the interview and they began selecting different styles and how they work for interviews. Very knowledgeable staff and they had no issues finding what I needed. I will be here again and again.

This was an amazing experience and everything I wanted out of buying my first tailored suit. When I first walked in I was overwhelmed with the amount of selections and had no idea where to start. I was greeted right away by Steve who was very attentive and extremely helpful. This was by far some of the best customer service that I have ever had and one of the reasons that I will be back and recommend Joseph's to anyone I know. Steve helped me pick out the suit, gave several different options, gave me time to think about them without any pressure, and made the entire experience easy. Another thing I was impressed with is that even after a week of waiting for my suit to come in he remembered who I was and greeted me by name and then after the alterations as soon as I walked in he recognized me and greeted me by my first name again. If you are looking for a great suit and some of the best customer service in San Antonio, Joseph's is the place to go.

What a great clothing store with such helpful staff and owners! Everytime I need a suit, pants, adjustments, I go to Joseph's. Joseph's sold me the suit I wore at my wedding years ago and I've been going back eversince! I recommend Joseph's to everyone I know.

My son has been shopping at Joseph's Men's Store since he was a young boy. We would go to Josephs to get his blue blazers, slacks and dress shirts. Now that he is a young man he gets his suits, shirts (mostly Eaton) and shoes at Josephs Mens Store. Steve, Robert and Ralph have watched Michael grow up and have been there along the way the entire time making sure he dresses as amazing as I think he is. I am grateful for the attention and customer service and care they have given my boy over all these years. I give Josephs Men's Store 5 Stars!!!

I have been going to Josephs for a couple of years now and have only had excellent experiences. Steve, Robert, and Ralph are always helpful and fair. Recently I found myself in need of a suit less than 24 hours before a funeral. Steve helped me find the right suit and made sure that it was altered in time for me to pick it up before the service.

Always a great selection and I love supporting local businesses. Steve and the crew are the most professional and kind people in the industry. You'd also be hard pressed to find a better boot shine in SA than from Angel at Joseph's.

My salesman, "Sip", is outstanding. His entire concern is getting what I want and need. I am the worst sort of customer - impatient, stubborn, opinionated, budget-oriented, and VERY hard to fit - but these good folks have my six. There is no better place in San Antonio for the clothes I need for work for a big and tall man. I am less acquainted with the other sections of the store, but they seem to be equally well-priced with items in good taste.
