My sister and I went to take photos for my mother’s Christmas gift at this location, and Shane was AMAZING. He made the entire experience so much fun and we will 100% be coming back to see him for future photos.

My husband took me bra shopping for Christmas believe it or not! and must tell you how perfect the shopping was at JCPenneys at South Park! The manager immediately got a lovely women (Abriel?) to help us with sizing me and found me 3 perfect bras! So friendly and knowledgeable!! Great place to shop! Thanks!!

This store usually has the best deals when it comes down to clothing. They have all sorts of shoes at extremely well-priced items with really good value items. There is everything one could ask for if they plan on shopping and coming out with a lot, and this is the store for that.

JCP surprised me today! I haven't shopped at JCP in a long time. However, when looking for a new vacuum, they had the exact model I wanted IN STORE and offered a tremendous savings with the ongoing sale. Talk about smoking the competition by over 15% on top of the existing sale.

We visited in store to purchase and were surprised by how clean and well laid out the store was. Overall, I'm extremely happy to see JCP staying competitive in this new e-commerce world. I look forward to considering JCP on future purchases!

Great help with finding an item for a loved one

I love this place! I have been shopping there for years now. The people are always soo helpful. I have purchased appliances (for my home and shop), jewelry, clothes, and makeup. I'm a rewards member which I have used to pay for Christmas presents. They have great sales too. Just recently went, yesterday, and was impressed with the "red" shirt employees present in each department actually asking shoppers if they needed assistance. Imagine that. I didn't even have to find someone to help me. I am a loyal customer. Friendly, clean, neat, and great prices. Sherry

I had some remaining returns from the Christmas holiday. The ladies in the return department were courteous and prompt. I especially enjoyed the cashier by the name of Dot I met while spending my gift card. Dot was friendly and joyful. I hate shopping but I do have to say my experince was great while I was in JC Penney on that particular day.

I’ve had Darlene as my stylist for 10+ years, she does wonders. Always listens and has great recommendations. I call her a ‘talented stylist’ and she is very skilled with colors and color correction. Great with new style trends which is most helpful for me because my hair is very fine and hard to work with. She always keeps the health of the hair in mind. You can tell she loves what she does. I adore her! I would highly recommend! Keep up the great work Darlene 😊
