GameStop

Went in the other day to check out the sale and Emma was more excited to help than anyone else I've seen working in a GameStop. When she saw I was there for soft through the cheap games, she printed up a list of all of the titles that would qualify for the "4 for $10" and "4 for $20" deals. She even marked them in different colors so I could identify which was which more easily. I'll definitely be returning to this location as my main GameStop going forward.

Lyrik was awesome. Helped me with everything I needed. She was so good it was hard to tell her no when she offered protection on all my items. Lol so I just said yes. I suggest going to see her at this GameStop. She's the best and I'll be back for sure thanks to her.

The staff is awesome there. They are always knowledgeable, and very friendly. All of them no matter the time of day or night.

The young lady who helped us was very nice and explained a lot to us that we didn't understand.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!, Went in today about an issue we were having with one of my son's wired Nintendo switch controllers, We were assisted by Jennifer, she was very helpful and had an excellent attitude. Managed to help us with our issue very quickly and we were in and out.

Great selection of games and pre orders.

Knowledgeable and courteous! We called prior to our visit to varify the item we we’re looking for was available! Upon arrival the young man had in his hand and quickly swapped it out as warranty and waived then added fee! The boys wanted to stay snd shop!

Came in today looking for a new pokemon premium box released and Lindsey was all buy herself handling the store like a boss. Phones ringing non stop helping a customer sell product and helping the other 4 guests all at once. She is a rock star and deserves all the praise.

Rebecca is amazingly helpful. She let me know about a bunch of deals and upsold to me in such a way that it more felt like she was having a conversation than trying to sell me something. I'll probably come back to this store many times in the future.

Having worked at and managed a GameStop (Up in Abilene) for many years, I can say that this is a great store!

Management can really make all the difference in a store's atmosphere. I drive a bit further than some closer locations to come to this one specifically. Staff is knowledgeable and very courteous. They have helped me track down games that they didn't have in stock at other locations on multiple occasions.

Great Store and Staff. Jennifer, who I believe is either the GM or ASM was very helpful after some miscommunication over a hold I submitted. My original item was released from it's hold and sold to another customer after I had called in to verify an extension I had submitted for on the app. To clarify, this was not an error on the store or staff but an issue with the app and how holds process. Even so, they immediately got to work to find me a replacement item (which given the deal should have been impossible) and had it shipped in from another store up in Killeen. I really can't say enough good things about this kind of customer support and service, it's what sets this store, and a few other's I frequent, apart from the rest and other gaming retailers. Thank you again to Jennifer and any other staff members that helped to fulfill this order and hook me up with an amazing deal ($10.00 for F4F's Dark Souls SD Knight Artorias Statue for those who are interested).

I had a great experience here. The cashier assisted me in finding gifts for my daughters birthday. The best customer service I could have asked for.

Staff was awesome and knowledgeable, I hate going to Gamestops and people are just there for the pay check, which ain't bad, but the Gamestops where the people there are actual gamers and you can discuss games as a whole is a real nice surprise, mixed in with a dice of professionalism and speed, just makes the best Gamestop experience in a long time.

Staff rock! Great prices, pho Viet next door is the best Vietnamese Pho in the State. Kevin the owner and his family treat everyone like family. Shaken beef and calendar are amazing!!!

The people who work here are always so nice. Selection is always great.
