Great customer service!! An older lady that helped me was very kind, helpful, and friendly. I bought some Al Capones and Hersheys Gold bars that were on a special display. Well, she recommended that I try the New Cappuccino Hersheys Gold Flavor, and being that I love coffee and cappuccinos, I did just that. She was on point about her recommendation, it was delicious!!! I enjoyed talking with her for brief moment about our shared love for chocolate and coffee, lol. If I lived closer I would use this store more often, but I will definitely use this store if I'm in the area again because each time I have come in, i have received great customer service!!

Cigarettes were cheapest around.

The people here are very friendly, except Victoria. She doesn't even speak unless you're asking for something behind the counter and she's making sure of what you want. Well at least she doesn't to me and I always say hi and ask how she's doing.

I absolutely hate this location. Every time my son and I come into the store the manager who is Caucasian and older is down right rude. She has zero customer services skills and always has a horrible attitude. I usually ignore her but tonight she was out of line. We entered the store at 12:50am and I asked her could I still purchase scratch off lottery tickets. She stated very rude “NO” so I said ok thank you and continued to find a drink to purchase. After my son grabbed a juice we noticed she was following us all over the store. Every aisle my son turned down, she was there watching as if we were stealing. He proceeded to open the cooler door to grab a 4 pack a wine and she yells “Sir you can’t buy that very aggressively.” Mind you you have until 1am to purchase wine. And even if that’s the case, there’s a better way to tell someone they can’t purchase something. I don’t appreciate we are constantly disrespected at this store. It’s always by the same employee no matter the time or day. The rest of the staff is very nice. I will NEVER EVER shop at this location again. I don’t care if I’m on E and have to push my car across the street for gas. Yall really need to do something about this particular employee. I’m going to make sure to tell all my friends, family and etc not to shop at this location as long as this employee is employed there. There’s no reason for her to be that nasty and rude with everyone who comes into the store. As a proud African American I try not to let sad racist people bother me, but this pathetic woman will make anyone feel some type a way. I really hope y’all take this serious. Because after reading all the negative reviews about her, that can’t be good for business. As a general manager I would never let my staff embarrass me like she embarrasses your company. She’s way to ancient to even be acting that way. I’m beyond livid with how we were treated this morning. Your reviews will never got better with her employed there.

The manager Lisa is heartless rude and mean. I have been a customer of 7 Eleven my whole life. I got lost, phone off and zero money. So I put a sign in my car for Jesus Help No Gas. She called it lordering and told me to get off property thank God HEB station was next door I had no gas to make it anywhere else. Point is if you are a woman who runs out of gas in bad situation DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE BECAUSE A DEMON WORKS THERE who could care less and gets off on telling you to go treating you like you are nothing and the looks of her well she looks like a demon and she is one in Biblical times. Lol you messed with an Anointed woman good luck with that you fool.

An Angel blesses me at HEB and she will be Blessed. She helped me with gas to get back and Starbucks. What a beautiful lady inside and out. Jesus sent her to me. And Jesus wants me to leave this message for the Hive mind GOT YOU LOL I AM ANOINTED

Couldn’t even buy myself some chips because of the attitude this is the worst seven eleven ever . Just got off of work and all I wanted was to buy some chips she didn’t have change for $20 with attitude

Inappropriate rap music playing loud in store on 06/23/2021 around 3:20 pm. Cursing and Inappropriate words in the songs. Not suitable for Family or even children to listen too, i quickly left the store and went to another 7-Eleven. This 7-Eleven has been in bad shape for awhile corporate really needs to setup and fix thing

This is my 2nd complaint almost every night this location is closed, employee just dancing and making pizza and did not care that people were knocking at the door. So if you are closed then who is he making pizza for. Management needs to step up and get people that really want to work. The nightshift is just pure lazy and this 7 eleven will go under if no one gets this under control and they are losing a lot of money.

There was only one person there I like and her name I think was Mindy

this place was terrible that it was not clean and I bought some drinks and somehow I got almost a $20 charge on my car I called to ask them about it I got the voicemail the next day and then it wasn't even pending anymore they had cleared the transaction when I call the store I got the voicemail and yet again and then I had to call corporate to get my money back and they have to look into it. I don't care if it's only like 15 or 20 bucks right now I could use that as a single mom of 3 and I think it's ridiculous that they employ people that are stealing from their customers.

Smh this is the most disgusting 711 I’ve ever been at, gnats everywhere. The food was cold and frozen, no sign that the food wasn’t ready and the guy just looked at us didn’t even say anything 😭

Place is terrible go in to service is terrible, always sitting down doing nothing,and got ear buds in and can't here you as to what you need! Get some new help or close the doors!
