I don't know why I don't stop in here more. This location has a great deli and the items are always fresh. They have fresh deli fried chicken. You can get a bucket of chicken on Mondays! Great store. I will have to make regular weekly visits. 7/10. Picked up some baked chicken today. Great selection of to go items. Service may be a bit slow, but they get to you eventually.

Randalls is always a bit overpriced, but I give it five stars because the app is quite good and the staff tends to be quite nice. It is also significantly cleaner and less crowded than Walmart or even HEB. I particularly recommend the butcher counter, which is one of the better ones in town, and also the deli, which has the best supermarket fried chicken. It is definitely worth shopping here, but definitely download the app!

The guy who always brings out my curbside order is very nice and thoughtful and the reason I continue to shop at this location.

The staff is wonderful! Big shout out to James at the meat counter for helping me find sauerkraut! He took me to several places in the store to find it and I appreciate his efforts! Good customer service is everything!

Their curbside pickup is a charm. No errors and wait time is reasonable unlike Heb we had to wait for over 20 mins each time. Fresh produce are really fresh and they have a wide variety.

Beautiful store. Nicely clean. Organized perfectly. Vegetables and fruit section is my favorite.

Neighborhood grocery feel. Less fast paced, had everything on my grocery list and did not have to deal with large crowds.

Posting here because I don't have the URL for the customer service survey (used self check today) but I really wanted to commend Elijah, who was working the Starbucks this evening (Aug. 22 2023). Elijah did a great job and gave extra care and consideration to my order after I told him that I'm lactose intolerant. He gave me options for making my caramel ribbon crunch as dairy-free as possible to help me avoid getting sick. Thank you for putting so much care into helping me.

You can always find what your looking for at Randall's. I love their meat department as they are lower price than HEB or Walmart. Staff friendly and clean store.

Nice clean store.Their meat department is really top notch although they have a poor selection of fresh fish. Lately after getting automated checkout Lanes the lines are really long and they seem to be short-handed all the time.

Nice grocery. Noticed improve product selection. Manager person always active, positive, and has memory for people. Seen him cleaning up messes and stocking shelves. Good to see same people working all the time. Been here for years, glad to have same store last. Gets crowded fast sometimes otherwise easy shopping xp.

Immaculate and nicely designed little grocery story that’s easy to overlook with its proximity to H‑E‑B but is so much more convenient, has great deli and bakery options and essentials, and takes probably half the time to get in and out of. No need to hunt feverishly for parking. Will be stopping more often!

Randalls Bakery did Great on the Custom cake. It was delicious and moist. Not dry at all. And very affordable. If I wanted to nit pick it only be that, better looking fresh strawberries could've been picked for the top rim of the cake. But overall it looked and tasted great.! My younger brother liked his birthday cake.

Kace at customer service helped us out and was very kind.

Everything was great as always. This time we used the self checkout (there was only one live cashier, so not much of a choice) and we had trouble because a couple of bar codes were damaged by water.
Since the self checkout relies on the barcode for a smooth operation, you should take steps to preserve its integrity.
