The UPS Store

I don't usually write reviews for stores like this, but I had a great experience. I brought in an Amazon return for my wife last Friday. The QR code on the label she printed was not scanning and I didn't have access to pull up her account on my phone.

Was expecting to have to come back another day and try again, but the young lady working the counter used her phone to enlarge the QR code and scan from her phone's display. It worked and saved me a trip, so I'm very grateful for her resourcefulness and willingness to help. She could have just as easily handed me the package back and told me to come back with a larger print out.

The lady behind the counter was very helpful and sweet. She was very busy because of the holidays but did a great job with multitasking.

Very good store with wonderful employees. Problem solving and ease of service is a priority

Dan helped me figure out a shipping issue I had with Amazon. I stayed in the phone in the store for over 20 minutes and Dan was very patient and assisted me with all concerns and questions I had. He did not rush me and tried to help me with my issue even though Amazon was giving me a hard time. He was great and was a blessing to my day after a stressful work day.

Outstanding customer service! I had several documents that required notary signature. This team handled both the notary and witness signatures perfectly. Kind, generous and personable. Would return to this store for any of my notary or shipping needs. In fact, there's actually a UPS store closer to my home, but I choose to use this store because of its excellence.

Today I stopped in to ship something and I was kindly greeted and then speedily taken care of. The representative was so friendly and even helped me save money. I am so grateful for the lovely quick service I received. I'll be going to this location from now on! Keep up the amazing work and vibes 🙌

Everyone who has helped me at this store had always been kind and fantastic. I especially appreciate Elin and Charlene (hope I spelled that correctly) for always being so helpful. This is the best UPS location I've been to, and my favourite place to ship from. They are great and I've never had a problem. The store is clean and the wait is never long, even when a few people are in line. They get everything done fast.

Heather was such a great help after a stressful day! She was knowledgeable about my options and patient with me especially when I needed to change my package in-store! It seems like she really cares about her work and the customer experience - I was there for a while and observed her with several customers. I don’t typically write reviews but I definitely had a positive experience and highly recommend this location.

Not sure who assisted other customers that left bad reviews. I had the pleasure of being helped by Heather and couldn't be more happy with the service I recieved! Heather is very knowledgeable and helped me with something other competition stores said they couldn't do! She even stayed past her shift to help me complete my order!

Love love love this store! We go here to mainly do amazon returns and the girl that always helps us is so great! She is professional, personable, patient and very helpful! I love going to this store the most out of any of the local UPS stores. Highly recommend this store!

The workers are helpful and kind as well as proficient at what they do. I return all my Amazon orders to this store. The experience is always positive!

The ladies here are so sweet and considerate. I walk in and they’re greeting me from wherever they are in the store. After only going in a few times they now know me by name! They are knowledgeable and pleasant and they also stayed a little late once so that I could pickup my packages on my way home from work! I would recommend this location (E Boughton Rd) to anyone who values fantastic customer service and friendly, smiling faces!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There's a nice older latina lady who I think maybe owns the store and she was very nice and helpful. She also has an amazing body and wears nice clothes to show it off, def stacked in the chest!

Overall great experience, I recommend this store over some of the other UPS stores in the area. Plus you have something to look at when you go there. Who knows, she might even be single...

I came here to print out a 24x36 family crest and I called the company and paid for a digital copy to get a great print out instead of a blurry one. The lady manager there did a great job and I recommend her and this location for any of your needs. Very professional! Thank you again ❤ Villalobos Family

Excellent customer service! I took in a package that needed to be closed with a little tape. The ups across town wanted to charge me for the tape. I brought it here and they didnt charge. When i asked them about it, they said it was ups policy, but they dont do it because its so trivial and they want to show good customer service!

We have our business mailbox at this UPS location. The staff are always friendly, cheerful and helpful. Since we started here in 2014, they have never missed a package or given me the wrong packages or mail. Great location.

I have been receiving and shipping packages from this store for 2 years.Everything in order.No missing packages no damages.Cecille,Stewart,Charlene,Eelin are frendly and helpful.Thank you!

I don't do reviews at all tbh, but this girl she's really nice , smart she knows her stuff and oh God she's really pretty im sure she's the manager.
Came in she help me out in no time, so if yall want good service yall know where to come!!

They have a new employees very helpful they help me to carry my shipment and other to print out labels to save time thank you
