AT&T Store

I’ve never had such great phone service experience. I went in there with no hope that I could log into my account or even re access my phone. Called customer service and they said it was an Apple problem but the technician Hannah that helped me never gave up and was patient enough to figure out the issue and had me leaving happy. It didn’t cost any money considering it was just an unobtainable code that was required so I’ll definitely be back and I’ll tell my friends and family about my experience at this location as well

Over the last 2 days, my wife and I worked with Jon to help with Samsung and Pixel phone issues for about 3 1/2 hours. He was exceptional in his help, one of the best customer service reps we ever dealt with. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He was great in helping us select the right replacement phones. He didn't try to upsell. We were so impressed that we shift our phone, TV, Internet service to ATT.

I purchased an iPhone 14 from Nate Angell today. What a fine young man! He was knowledgeable of all the products and helped me make a good decision. I was very happy with the service I received. Nate was very patient with me and all my questions. I’ve had very good experiences every time I’ve shopped at the Bolingbrook store. Thanks to Nate, I feel confident that I made the right choice and he got my new phone up and running before I left the store. An overall great guy! Thanks Nate!

Mike was amazing when a simple new phone purchase turned into a Apple ID password issue that was unsolvable without contacting apple while he sat by. Got us up and running. So helpful!

Melissa was extremely helpful in procuring new phones for my mother and I this week. We felt like she had gone above and beyond in answering all of our questions, however simple or complex they had been at times. She gave my mother peace of mind and confidence in using her new phone before even leaving the store, providing one of the all-time greatest customer service experiences we had ever received from any business transaction within society as a whole. Had an issue with an out of date phone and had to go in for service. The team here was polite, professional, and absolutely outstanding. Logan was the associate who helped me and he was 100% amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. He listened to my problem and then did absolutely everything he could to resolve it and I left 100% satisfied with the resolution he provided. A++++ customer service. Best store to go to.

I've purchased my last two iPhones at this store. They have always done a great job for me. Most recently my protective glass screen layer became chipped and then cracked. The manufacturer, Pure Gear is very good about honoring their lifetime warranty. Just pay for shipping and handling and they send the replacement right out.

I brought my phone back to the store to have the swap done correctly, Michael Engler, the store manager, was very helpful and along with their newest sales associate, Melissa, they helped replace the defective shield. It's quality service like this that makes all of the difference in the world and keeps me coming back as a highly satisfied customer. I highly recommend doing business with the good folks at this AT&T branch.

Erick was amazing! He went Over our plans and saved us money! We've been AT&T customers for over 20 years and reps like Erick will keep us as customers!!!!

Received great customer service from both Kevins, Kevin Alvarado and the other Kevin. Kevin A was very helpful and down to earth in explaining the transfer and trade in process, as well as the phone and carrier options! Loved it so much I convinced my parents it was time for them to upgrade.

Eden was wonderful to work with. Kinda felt more like a friend sharing with me what worked best for my needs rather than a salesperson pushing the promotion. I got exactly what I both wanted & needed and in much less time than I expected. Plus I got some really neat accessories. A+ for this visit. I will most certainly return to this location!

This At and t store is the best one ever! They have the best employees and always can help you. Seriously, I couldn’t transfer my old phone to a new one and Logan did a great job, no worries!

Perfect service. Melissa, the manager, introduced herself and took my name immediately upon entry.

The place was busy and a short wait later, Jessica, whom I previously spoke with on the phone, clearly explained and wrote down all my options. I got the phone, plan and savings I wanted, and she made it very comfortable to switch after 15 years at Sprint.

All associates at this location had smiles and good attitudes throughout.

I’ve been looking to set up new phone lines and my Sales Rep Kendal was very helpful and answer all my questions I asked. I was in and out at a reasonable time. Also when leaving the store the sales reps would walk you out and open the door. My overall experience was satisfying.

This is the best AT&T store in the area hands down. They really know their stuff over there. Took care of all my questions and went above and beyond to help set up my new devices for my kids. Kevin and Dan are amazing, go see them
