I love this store. I'm not very crafty but decided to try my hand at decorating my own centerpieces. They had all the paint (acrylic and spray), brushes, adhesive, and gems I needed. I also ended up buying Halloween decor, though I probably should have waited until Nov 1 because I'm sure the decor will be half off by then. Still very reasonably priced, there is ALWAYS a coupon available online, and sometimes they clerk will even apply a coupon at the register.

Had a good selection was open pretty late too like 8:30. Had to go there to get some school supplies. The place was clean while it and organized any fashionable reasonable manner pet stores right next door to an Ikea's just to hop skip and a jump away with $1 hot dogs my friend you can't go wrong! Staff was good and helpful as well and making us find our purchase items.

They pretty much have everything you need for any art craft project. My girls can spend hours going through the whole store looking around. The friendly staff always help when you have any questions. We frequent this store quite a-lot.

Great selection of items and staff and very friendly. They helped me locate an item and even asked a few questions and offered a better recommendation for me.

Great yarn sales in Oct, but go early during the sale period because quantities and pattern booklets/leaflets dwindle fast!

The store was very well stocked and clean. The associate was very nice and apologetic for the wait (due to another customer) at the cashier's desk.

Realy naive parking lot if you come there with your girlfriend. Restrooms are clean and have good Wi-Fi.

Good stock and great sales. The Rewards program is good, and they even offer a senior discount, if you ask for it. I have been shopping here for years: This is their third location in our neighborhood, and I have frequented all of them. I was sorry when they moved into the latest location, however, as it is much smaller and is missing some product lines that I used to like.

Nice place and you find everything to draw, paint and decorate.

Hobby lobby is getting rid of all acrylic painting stuff so you better keep up with the need for paints. Need paint extender but never can find any

A great store with amazing staff! The store is always kept organized. The staff is always available to answer questions about product availability. I use the app primarily but also like engaging with the staff. The Joliet location is one of my favorites to shop at.

Very clean store with a helpful staff. They also have a nice room for birthday parties.

No one in your face bothering you while you shop. Friendly environment where people speak and smile. So many really nice products.

All the staff were friendly. Everyone kept asking us if we needed help or was helped already. The story is very organized and bright. You should always check online if they have coupons!!! And after you get your receipt, Michaels gives you more coupons. Their parking lot is big, always a spot.

One of the best Michaels locations I've been to. This location is brand new, within the last few months. It's clean and bright with a nice, accommodating staff. I've been here several times and every staff member has been wonderful.

I had to return items here that I bought months ago and they didn't question anything from a different location. Took it all back and credited my debit card. Awesome!!

I am a lover of glitter and DIY projects so I spend lots of time in craft stores, I have had only pleasant interactions with the staff of this store. They are all very nice and helpful, the store is always clean, they have always had everything I needed in stock. I recently had my 1st online order pick-up experience with this Michael's and it was quick, easy and executed seamlessly. I'm going to consider this location 1st from now on. 🤩😊😊👍🏾👍🏾
