WOWSERS!! Unreal how cool this experience was and felt like the DisneyWorld of McDonalds locations! So blessed to have here in Bolingbrook. We waited about 40 minutes total and the line moved fast! The service was great and eats were splendid and magically delicious!! We highly recommend trying this spot with your friends and family for a joy ride out!!!

We did the drive thru here with a mobile order. It's a McDonald's and not much else to say other than the order was correct with zero error and the food was hot. We generally always have issued with order accuracy but that was not the case at this location.

I love they redid the kids section. They keep it really nice and clean. No major issues, just gets busy on weekends and evenings

loved the food, i ordered big macca meal with large coat light ice, but the managers print was the better part if you what i misdemeanor 👀

went there for lunch. I got the big Mac value meal with a shamrock shake. it was great

For McDonalds, this location is consistent. My orders arrive correct and hot. I haven't has issues like other locations. The decor leaves a lot to be desired.

The biggest problem with McDonald's is they gave up their identity. The look of the McDonald's in the past 10 years looks like they're going through a mid life crisis.

They got rid of all the characters that people loved, and they're turning to robots over human beings. McDonald's is spending more money on technology than they are on food quality.

This place was so fast even with the drive thru!!! There was a line in drive thru so I went inside. The worker was very nice and gave me the correct order. He said if there was anything I needed all I had to do is ask. This place is very clean and has flowers on the tables. It has a very modern look and looks different than most McDonald’s I’ve been to.

Great breakfast, more breakfast sauce please.. Love the Egg McMuffin definitely a highlight to my morning

Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Hands down fries are always hot and food not only tastes but looks appealing. The workers here are very professional. I work at the Bolingbrook Walmart and come here for lunch sometimes Don’t listen to the negative reviews. It’s a fast food joint and honestly for the price 10/10

Love their " Bigmac ", fries and the very popular McRib sandwich.

My son had a lot of fun in the practically new playplace.. Needs more tables and chairs but pretty decent..

This location delivers well consistently. I threw them a curve on this visit where I ordered one type of breakfast sandwich with the cashier at drive-thru but intended to order a different one.
When I got to the pickup window and realized my mistake, they were cool and helpful in switching out the sandwich type.
That's why they get a 5 star rating besides being professional and friendly on every visit.

I've never had a bad experience at this location. Day or night, the staff is friendly, hard working, accommodating, and they really listen to their customers. I've had a couple of problems with the app sometimes and whenever I'm ordering from this location and there's an app issue, their problem solving skills were like second nature. Also the presentation of the food looks like the pictures! Also the whole staff uses PPE so that's great. Thanks for being a great McDonald's location!

I just would like to compliment all of the associates at this location! I just moved to the area and have been here a few times. Every visit I've seen customers screaming at the associates and every time the associate is extremely kind, calm and only trying to help please the "unsatisfied" customer. My first visit the associate said to the customer he was double checking her bags for accuracy. It was a pretty big order. She started screaming and called the cops! For checking your bag? He was just giving you good customer service! He then even came to apologize to us for having to hear that! The staff here are amazing!!!!! Some customers? Not so much. :(

What can you say about McDonald's. There cleanliness is mandatory in all of their restaurants. Friendly service and for the prices the food ain't half bad. They keep trying to experiment with different items which is good sometimes. But overall for the amount of time McDonald's Donald's has been in business I'd say they are doing a pretty darn good job .

I'm giving 5 stars even though that robot at the drive through hates me. The last time she said "What else can I get you" after she butchered my order i said a human and i got one. They corrected the order quickly and despite the long line I was in and out pretty quick.

Our food was nice, hot and fresh. My daughter said the cashier was very friendly and helped her navigate the McDonald's app. So thank you.

Fast, hot and fresh. This McDonalds always prepares my food correctly and fast. They make stuff fresh instead of staging it ahead of time one can tell the difference. Oh, and get this my fries were even hot out of the oil not the headlamp. Way to go fast food giant.
