I went to THD to get a new dryer to replace our broken one. I can honestly say Hash in the appliance department gave me the best retail experience I’ve ever had. Such an uplifting attitude from him and I actually left the store happy (not something that normally happens after having an appliance break). The world could use more people like Hash in it.

If you want any help putting wood on your car. you have to go to the pro shop because of the rest of the people that I asked for help never showed up so thank God-
Dean and Maria were very helpful in helping us from pro shop.

It's always fun to explore Home Depot stores.

I love going to this location. Always has what I need in stock.

We had an Amazing experience at Home Depot. A young man named Jack went out of his way to help us! My son and I were looking for a few things it turned out we were on the opposite side of the store from the item we needed. Jack greeted us, offered assistance and walked us to the item. He did everything with a smile, he was polite and even asked us how our day was going while he walked us to the item. I have done a survey as well as told the management about our wonderful experience. Great job Jack!

Met the Ryobi Rep Eddie today at Home Depot and picked up a great deal on a new Ryobi 40V 21 in mower.

Went to home depot to look at the flowers and they have a huge selection to choose from. If you want a nice garden definitely come to your local home depot.

Has a great variety of products. Staff seems knowledgeable and has some helpful suggestions regarding your repairs. Also, if you love gardening and houseplants. They have a great selection of houseplants year round, and I love their stock and supply of ( flowers and vegetables for gardens) during the summer.

Jimmy the assistant manager at the Bolingbrook is an asset to the store and company .

They have a well-stocked garden dept with many varieties from which to choose. I was looking for ornamental tall grasses, for which the had about ten different ones to choose from. Many heights and colors.

I bought the unusual Dwarf Zebra Tall Grass that has horizontal yellow lines across all of the leaves. It's about medium height and looks cheerful as it waves in the breeze. I have not seen this one before.

The purchasing process was quick and easy at the Garden Center entrance/exit. We used a coupon and it was scanned without a problem.

For a big box store, Home Depot offers a nice selection of plants.

For the fastest and easiest online order pick up process. Usually they have me wait for 10 to 20 min and sometimes more! My time as a plumbing contractor is really valuable to my company and my customers. Special thanks to Michael Krause, hope you keep it up !

Great service. Knowledgeable staff. There is an employee named Rob. He works in the electrical department. You should promote this gentleman. At the very least give him a raise. He has always been knowledgeable about your products and how to repair home items. Great gentleman, awesome representative of your corporation.

My first time there w/My Sister, but the staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided service w/a smile. They even made sure the back of My Sister's truck floor was covered/protected before putting the wet merchandise in, and even placed the items in there gently, and carefully.
