Great experience server Sabrina awsome, steaks cooked to perfection, shrimp lobster showder a must try if you like seafood, the Tonion onion peddles with dipping sause deliciousness, spicy chicken bits Wow, my NY strip was tender well seasond, recommend you try this place if have not already, I will be back 😋

We had not been to Longhorn in a number of years. Much has improved. My wife and I opted out of a very overcrowded Golden Corral down the road. Our food was very tasty, correct temperature, and presentable. Service was a little on the slower side (they {staff} were operating a full dinning room capacity, so I could overlook the speed). However our waitress Ronnie S could use a bit more training in scanning the needs of a table she is serving. My empty diet coke sat on the end of the table waiting to be refilled for a good 15 minutes, after several passes by and totally overlooked this and other needs that should not have to be verbally conveyed. At the very end of our dinner the dinning area became unsettling noisy. Still a decent time out.

PLEASE TELL AMY WE LOVE HER! The waitress, Amy was amazing! She was so kind and so attentive! She had asked us to fill out a survey at the end of our visit and I was in the middle of doing it and got caught in the middle of conversation and the screen had already refreshed and I don’t remember what my survey code was! But I know staff gets rewarded for being mentioned in those and I hope this makes up for it! I’ll make sure to call the restaurant as well and tell a manager! She was not overbearing at all. She knew exactly when we needed refills and when to check on us. She was so polite and personable. Very professional. If I could duplicate her for every restaurant experience I had- I definitely would!! Amazing food as always. Never a complaint there. Thanks so much to everyone here for making the customer experience a great one! Very hard to find nowadays! Keep it up! Some of us actually notice and appreciate it!

Very nice place. It was my first time there, and it didn't disappoint. Had the 12oz ribeye and loaded baked potato. Cooked to perfection. Waitress was outstanding and very attentive. Great job, and I will definitely be back.

We celebrated my mom's birthday here. The restaurant was new, clean and comfortable. We were seated in a large booth, which was almost too big for the 5 of us. We slid to one end so we could converse better.

Our meals were all prepared as requested and the flavors were good. Our server was good and helpful.

Charisma was our waitress and she was top notch. Super attentive. Everything was perfect. Love the flavor of the steak/sirloin. She even brought hubby a treat after learning it was his birthday. Excellent meal!

Food was great for the price we paid. I had a chicken strawberry salad as a lunch special. The chicken was delicious and not over cooked. The service was excellent as well considering they were understaffed for the lunch hour.

Took my son here for graduation. I ordered us both the longhorn. I had loaded mash, and a salad...he had a reg mash and broccoli. Both meals were cooked just like how we asked them to be made. I always order my steaks rare. He ordered med rare. Our waitress saw me giving him a gift, so she asked what the occasion was for. When I told her graduation, she kindly told us not to leave yet, and brought him a vanilla ice-cream on a plate that said congrats. That was so sweet of her, and the icing on the cake for the day. Our drinks had too much peach syrup in it, but she gave us new drinks with no hesitation. Her service made me want to go back. It was my first time trying longhorn.

Farm fresh greens salad with fried tenders with blue cheese is my favorite meal here!!! And the Berry sangria and bread and butter is always amazing!!!

I've visited Longhorn steakhouse a lot. Never been to this location, though. Will never go to any other location except this one from now on. Walked in, thinking there would be a long wait because the parking lot is full, but we were seated promptly. Waitress came over immediately and took orders for drinks and appetizers. They were brought out by 2 different people within 5 minutes. No wait for anything. The waitress always came to check on us along with other staff. Clearing plates immediately getting food out hot, fresh, full of flavor. I had the filet menu with the masked potatoes and the Brussels sprouts. I would order a whole bucket of Brussels sprouts the way they cook them. I had a great time. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom, which I normally hate to go to in public places. All of the staff was extremely friendly. This will be my new Longhorn location.

My family and I had a great time celebrating my brother' birthday 🎂 It was a beautiful day and Longhorn Steakhouse restaurant was his pick for his birthday lunch. The service was good but we did wait a very long time for our food to come. The waitress brought hot homemade bread , butter, water and our drinks until our food came but we didn't want to fill up on bread even though it was good. I am vegan and there were sides options I could choose from. It would be nice if Longhorn would have a substitute for meatless or plant based options. I ordered steamed broccoli, asparagus, and a baked sweet potato which was delicious. My husband ordered a grilled t bone steak with a parmesan crusted and fresh cut seasoned fries, my brother ordered a 1/2 pound cheese burger with everything on it and a baked potato and my sister ordered the barbecue 1/2 of ribs and a baked potato. Our food was hot and delicious and the drinks were very on point a Mango margarita, Don Julio lime margarita & a Russian mule and a regular Coke. I only took pictures of my food☺

My steak was a perfect medium rare. It was so tender, and the flavor was excellent. My salad was fresh and crisp and not just greens in it. It was a great late lunch/early dinner. Staff was friendly and attentive. Spot on meal!

The best service I have had in a long time! My steak was made perfectly. It melted in my mouth, bursting with flavor.

Checked online to get on wait list but it said for a party of 10 to call. When we called they said that they couldn't take our name over the phone then hung up.
The hostess was horrible but our servers were great. They made up for what the hostess was lacking.

I stopped by yesterday for the opening day at 3 pm when they opened and had an amazing experience! The greeters at the door were friendly and made sure to acknowledge everyone, the hostesses were very nice and I was sat right away. Malakia (I probably butchered the spelling) was my server and she was incredible!! She was very knowledgeable and had a very positive attitude! Her manager was also so sweet and came by to check on me a few times. The bartender who brought My margarita out and poured it in front of me was so nic3, not to mention the amount of margarita was awesome. 1 shaker is like 3 drinks for 9.99! Within 30 minutes of being sat I had everything I ordered; margarita, stuffed mushrooms, bread with butter, ceaser salad, and a ribeye with sweet potato. Everything was hot, perfectly cooked, and delicious. This was probably my best experiance at a Longhorn. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff there every single one of them was friendly and bonus point complimented my blue hair. I will definitely be back!

We have gone to this location a number of times, the food and service have been amazing every time. Pattie (Manager) was welcoming and professional. Tawny B was our server and she was friendly and very attentive!! Would highly recommend this place... enjoy!!

The lamb chops were amazing!!! They were the best lamb chops that I have ever had. Please make sure that you order them parmesan crusted. The taste will make you feel like you are in a euphoric state!

My wife and I decided to go here for birthday. The food was delicious. We ended up actually having two waitresses because a new waitress was in training. Our training waitress was named Tawny, and the waitress trainee was named Yev. Both ladies provided excellent service, were pleasant and professional, and Tawny had a beautiful voice and even sang Happy Birthday to my wife. It was definitely a wonderful evening and we will be returning.

Everything we ordered was exceptional, parmesan chicken was delicious. Huge portions too, so plenty leftovers for lunch the next day. Only complaint was that our salads were drenched in salad dressing, but server immediately brought new ones out.

First visit to this location in Schererville that opened a year or two ago and we had a great experience! It was much better than our last Longhorn visit in Merrillville. The atmosphere was cozy but lively at the same time. For lunch at 1 PM during the week they were really busy, but our waitress was great and very attentive to our needs. I had the chicken sandwich lunch special with a side of fries and my mom had the cheeseburger with fries and we also the AMAZING shrimp appetizer which is our go to whenever we visit Longhorn. IYKYK!! It was my first getting the chicken sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised with how big it was! Popeyes don't have nothing on this sandwich lol! It was fried perfectly, crispy, warm soft bun and the ranch dressing that was on it was EVERYTHING!!!!! And it was only $9!! My moms burger was overcooked so they redid it for her and it was cooked to perfection. And the strawberry lemonade is to die for lol! All in all, the meal was great! Definitely coming back to this location!
